本实用新型涉及一种封闭式钢丝帘线环形橡胶履带。
背景技术
目前，橡胶履带一般都是采用钢丝帘线层作为骨架，但是传统的钢丝帘线层其内部的钢丝帘线与钢丝帘线之间都是相互隔开的，它们之间没有被拉紧，这样钢丝帘线层只能借助于橡胶履带将其聚拢，在长时间的使用后，钢丝帘线层容易变形或拉断导致整个橡胶履带被撕裂。

本实用新型为了解决现有技术的上述不足，提出了一种封闭式钢丝帘线环形橡胶履带。

与现有技术相比，本实用新型将钢丝帘线层内的每根钢丝帘线使用扎丝绑扎在一起，这样钢丝帘线层就形成了一个牢固的环状整体，增加了整体抗拉，抗弯的能力，且整个结构简单，实用性强，值得推广。

如图1所示，本实用新型提出的封闭式钢丝帘线环形橡胶履带，包括履带主体1，履带主体1的正面有驱动突起部2，背面有行走用的花纹层3，履带主体的内部设有钢丝帘线层4，钢丝帘线层4通过多根扎丝5交织绑扎各条钢丝帘线41形成一个整体环形结构，扎丝5沿钢丝帘线层4的长度方形均匀间隔排列绑扎钢丝帘线41。
在本实用新型中，扎丝5将钢丝帘线层4绑扎形成一个环状整体，构成一个封闭式的结构，提高了钢丝帘线层4的抗弯性和抗拉性，也就提高了整个履带主体1使用寿命。
