背景技术
现有的镀镍槽内，一般采用棉布袋装镍块来挂在镀槽内，通过这样的装置在长时间使用之后，生产出来的镍网往往容易导致网孔不均，且会有杂质嵌在孔内，影响镍网的质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决目前镍网的网孔不均，且有杂质的问题，为此提供了一种镀镍槽，包括内槽1，内槽1外设有外槽2，所述内槽2的内表面覆盖有一层绒布3，绒布3与内槽2之间设有若干绒布袋，绒布袋内放置有镍珠； 所述外槽2上还架设有一卷网辊4，卷网辊4从内槽1上方穿过，所述卷网辊4的下方还连有一压杆5，通过卷网辊4和压杆5在内槽1内对镍网的不同区域镀镍。
本实用新型镀镍槽，所述卷网辊4的两侧沿其轴线分别设有一固定板6，绒布3和绒布袋通过绒线系在固定板6上。
本实用新型镀镍槽，所述压杆5为实心杆，更重，能够将镍网压得更平整，使镀镍效果更好。
本实用新型采用绒布装镍珠的设计，而且在绒布袋外还设有一层绒布，绒布的吸附性更好，能够将杂质吸附，而镍珠表面为光滑球形，与相邻镍珠之间间隙小，相对于镍块之间的大间隙，能够使镍网的网孔更均匀，镍网质量更好。

如图1所示的镀镍槽，包括内槽1，内槽1外设有外槽2，所述外槽2上架设有一卷网辊4，卷网辊4从内槽1上方穿过，所述卷网辊4的下方还设有一实心压杆5，通过卷网辊4和压杆5在内槽1内对镍网的不同区域镀镍。所述卷网辊4的两侧沿其轴线分别设有一固定板6，固定板6固定在外槽2上，所述内槽2的内表面覆盖有一层绒布3，绒布3与内槽2之间设有若干绒布袋，绒布袋内放置有镍珠，绒布3和绒布袋通过绒线系在固定板6上。本实用新型中采用绒布装镍珠的设计，而且在绒布袋外还设有一层绒布，绒布的吸附性更好，能够将杂质吸附，而镍珠表面为光滑球形，与相邻镍珠之间间隙小，相对于镍块之间的大间隙，能够使镍网的网孔更均匀，而实心压杆更重，能够将镍网压得更平整，使镀镍效果更好。

1.一种镀镍槽，包括内槽（1），其特征是：内槽（1）外设有外槽（2），所述内槽（2）的内表面覆盖有一层绒布（3），绒布（3）与内槽（2）之间设有若干绒布袋，绒布袋内放置有镍珠； 所述外槽（2）上还架设有一卷网辊（4），卷网辊（4）从内槽（1）上方穿过，所述卷网辊（4）的下方还连有一压杆（5），通过卷网辊（4）和压杆（5）在内槽（1）内对镍网的不同区域镀镍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀镍槽，其特征是：所述卷网辊（4）的两侧沿其轴线分别设有一固定板（6），绒布（3）和绒布袋通过绒线系在固定板（6）上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的镀镍槽，其特征是：所述压杆（5）为实心杆。
