Abstract

本实用新型提出了汽车空调系统,由鼓风机、壳体、出风口连接构成,暖风散热芯体安装在壳体的暖风腔室内,在暖风散热芯体的两个散热面对应的暖风腔室开口上都设有冷热风门;暖风散热芯体与出风口之间设有中空的隔热层。本实用新型通过2个冷热风门和中空隔热层降低了辐射热量的传递,对改善空调效果有好处,2个冷热风门通过外部联动机构实现开启和关闭,特点是当冷热风门关闭时,2个冷热风门将散热芯体包围,防止散热器迎风面的热量传递,中空隔热层防止散热器侧面的热辐射。经过测试,可降低出风温度2°以上。

本实用新型涉及汽车空调系统。
背景技术
现在很多车型空调系统不带水阀,冷热调节完全依靠冷热风门调节,由于热水没有切断,暖风散热芯体内一直进行着热交换,虽然冷热风门切断了热风通道,但还是有部分芯体辐射热量通过气流传递到驾驶室内,影响空调制冷效果。
发明内容
为了避免影响制冷效果,本实用新型提出汽车空调系统。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案:汽车空调系统,由鼓风机、壳体、出风口连接构成,暖风散热芯体安装在壳体的暖风腔室内,其特征在于:在暖风散热芯体的两个散热面对应的暖风腔室开口上都设有冷热风门;暖风散热芯体与出风口之间设有中空的隔热层。
 益效果:本实用新型通过2个冷热风门和中空隔热层降低了辐射热量的传递,对改善空调效果有好处,2个冷热风门通过外部联动机构实现开启和关闭,特点是当冷热风门关闭时,2个冷热风门将散热芯体包围,防止散热器迎风面的热量传递,中空隔热层防止散热器侧面的热辐射。经过测试,可降低出风温度2°以上。
