本实用新型涉及仿真木板，特别涉及一种仿真免漆板结构。
背景技术
现有的室内家具或装修用的木板可分为纯天然实木板、人造板和强化木板三大类。纯天然实木板在生产、使用过程中，会随着环境因素如湿度、温度等的变化而湿涨干缩产生变形。而且由于木板为整体实木，需要消耗大量宝贵的森林资源，随着环境保护观念和政策的推广，其前景将愈来愈受到资源性的制约，而且产品使用后无法回收利用。复合木板也叫人造板，有多层板、密度板、刨花板、细木工板等，是添加化工胶粘剂制作成的板材，这种板材容易释放对环境造成污染、对人体有害的甲醛。强化木板又称浸渍纸层压木质板，以一层或多层专用纸浸渍热固性氨基树脂，铺装在刨花板、中密度纤维板、高密度纤维板等人造板基材表面，背面加平衡层，正面加耐磨层，经热压而成的木板。它无法做到防水防潮，在使用过程中易出现边缘吸水膨胀，严重影响木板使用寿命。也存在对环境造成污染、对人体有害的甲醛。
公告号为：CN 202416786 U的中国专利公开了一种“仿真木板”和公布号为：CN 102535813 A的中国专利公开的一种“仿真木板及其生产方法”，该仿真木板其基材层的正面自下而上依次设有底漆层、天然木材的图案层和面漆层。最大的优点是防水防潮，但基材层是选用聚氯乙烯微发泡板、PE 板、PS 板、PP 板、ABS 板、HIPS 板或木塑板中的一种制成，这种基材层材料，也存在对环境造成污染、对人体有害的物质。
实用新型内容
针对上述不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种环保的仿真免漆板，能根据人们对各类高中低档木板的需要，采用一般板材，制作出优质仿真免漆板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取以下技术方案，一种仿真免漆板结构，包括基板，其特征在于，基板的两面分别由内向外依次设有填充层、衬底层、第一硬化层、着色层、印花层和第二硬化层。
所述基板为原木板材或原木拼接板。
所述填充层由拌有细木粉或石膏粉加木粉的腻子胶水构成。
所述衬底层为木器封闭底漆层。
所述第一硬化层和第二硬化层均为UV附着底漆层。
所述着色层为水性耐磨漆层或油性耐磨漆层。
所述印花层为氟碳漆层或UV面漆层。
本实用新型的优点是，其生产制造成本低，且质量稳定可靠，具有立体美感，能根据市场需求及时调整花色品种，其纹理与色泽均有一定的规则性，仿真效果显著。

1.一种仿真免漆板结构，包括基板，其特征在于，基板的两面分别由内向外依次设有填充层、衬底层、第一硬化层、着色层、印花层和第二硬化层。

3.根据权利要求1所述的仿真免漆板结构，其特征在于，所述衬底层为木器封闭底漆层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的仿真免漆板结构，其特征在于，所述第一硬化层和第二硬化层均为UV附着底漆层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的仿真免漆板结构，其特征在于，所述着色层为水性耐磨漆层或油性耐磨漆层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿真免漆板结构，其特征在于，所述印花层为氟碳漆层或UV面漆层。
