    现有的客车发动机机舱盖板是在铁皮或玻璃钢下方粘贴普通海棉层,由于太过单薄,客车发动机机舱里的噪音以及热气会经机舱盖板传递出来,使得客车内又吵又热,乘客坐车的舒适度受到影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是要提供一种改进的客车发动机机舱盖板,它具有隔音隔热的效果,能隔离发动机机舱内的噪音和热气,给乘客一个舒适的乘车环境。
本实用新型是这样实现的,所述一种改进的客车发动机机舱盖板,其特征是:所述发动机舱盖板的层状结构由上至下依次为铁皮层或玻璃钢层、丁基铝箔胶片层、吸音海棉层。
本实用新型所述吸音海棉层的层状结构由上至下依次为PE泡棉层、海棉层、铝箔层。
本实用新型的有益效果是,它具有隔音隔热的效果,能隔离发动机机舱内的噪音和热气,给乘客一个舒适的乘车环境。

本实用新型所述一种改进的客车发动机机舱盖板,如图1所示,所述发动机舱盖板的层状结构由上至下依次为铁皮层或玻璃钢层1、丁基铝箔胶片层2、吸音海棉层3。本实用新型所述吸音海棉层3的层状结构由上至下依次为PE泡棉层4、海棉层5、铝箔层6。
本实用新型的制作方法是,在铁皮压制或玻璃钢模制好的客车发动机机舱盖板上,先喷涂一层统元树脂,再贴上丁基铝箔胶片层;然后在丁基铝箔胶片层上再喷涂一层统元树脂,再贴上吸音海棉层,即可。
