技术领域
本申请涉及一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板。
背景技术
汽车行李箱盖板，衣帽架，后座椅背板和后置物板等为了满足高承载和轻量化要求，通常用空心的纸蜂窝板和玻纤毡喷聚氨酯或者复合PP玻纤毡后模内成型。产品厚度基本在10～30mm才能满足不同的承载要求.对于本来空间就不大的汽车行李箱或其它，10～30mm厚已经占据了不少。为了防止纸蜂窝板受潮降低性能，PU玻纤或PP玻纤封闭了空心蜂窝，但同时降低了盖板的吸声效果。对于混动和电动车，电池和电机在行李箱下面，电机和电池的低频噪音对会很容易传到乘客舱。全封闭的硬质盖板虽然隔音性能好,但无法阻挡低频噪音。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是提供一种声学性能高的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板。
为了解决上述技术问题，本申请提供了一种声学性能高的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，所述的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板包括蜂窝板，所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝空腔内填充有吸音材料，所述的蜂窝板的上下两侧面分别覆盖有玻纤毡，覆盖有玻纤毡的蜂窝板，通过聚氨酯喷涂模内发泡后形成一层封闭的基板，所述的基板的外表面能够根据客户不同的需求包覆有外层。
优选地，所述的吸音材料为聚氨酯泡或PET吸音纤维通过压入或倒入或注射到蜂窝板的蜂窝空腔内形成。玻纤毡覆盖在蜂窝板两侧进行模压，模压的三明治结构层会形成封闭的空间，这意味着内部材料对产品整体吸水量不那么敏感，同时提供了一个更好的气味和VOC环境。完全封闭的空腔和高效吸音材料能将声学性能发挥到了最佳，形成弹性质点模式。另外，在聚氨酯封闭的空腔内里面的吸音材料和蜂窝材料能够防潮、防霉，防异味污染，保证VOC和气味维持理想的稳定效果。
优选地，所述的外观面为尼龙材料制成的簇绒地毯，或者PET/PP制成的起绒面料，或者TPO/TPU/PVC/PU制成的表皮材料。
优选地，所述的玻纤毡夹住蜂窝板，然后在两侧面涂覆有聚氨酯涂层，涂好后放到模具力熟化成型和压边冲切。聚氨酯涂层封闭了蜂窝结构和里面的吸音材料具有防潮、防霉，粘合度好长期稳定等优势。
优选地，所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝空腔的一部分被填充有吸音材料，另一部分未被填充吸音材料形成空隙。
优选地，所述的蜂窝板由纸或铝或合成纤维制成。
本申请的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，将吸音材料镶入蜂窝铝板的蜂窝空间中,正好充分利用了空间大幅度的提高了声学效果。吸音材料的预埋镶入在不改变产品结构强度和承载性能的情况下解决盖板声学差的问题,特别是电动车电机低频噪音的问题。在新产品中都能很好的得到改善。根据声学需求，当蜂窝结构材质为铝或合成纤维时，可以在产品背面刺出很多小孔，更加完美的提升隔音板的吸音效果。大幅度地提高所述隔音板低对频噪音的隔断效果。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请作进一步说明，以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本申请并能予以实施，但所举实施例不作为对本申请的限定。
如图1所示，本申请提供了一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，所述的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板包括蜂窝板1，所述的蜂窝板1的蜂窝空腔内填充有吸音材料11，所述的蜂窝板1的上下两侧面分别覆盖有玻纤毡2，覆盖有玻纤毡2的蜂窝板1通过聚氨酯涂层3形成一封闭的基板，所述的基板的外表面包覆有外层4。所述的吸音材料11为聚氨酯或吸音纤维压入或倒入或注射到蜂窝板1的蜂窝空腔内形成。玻纤毡2覆盖在蜂窝板1两侧在喷涂聚氨酯1后进行模压，模压的三明治结构层会形成封闭的空间，这意味着内部材料对产品整体吸水量不那么敏感，同时提供了一个更好的气味和排放环境。完全封闭的空腔也能将高效吸音材料11和蜂窝结构的声学性能发挥到了最佳，形成弹性质点模式。聚氨酯封闭的空间能够防潮、防霉，防污染，保证空腔内的材料稳定处于要求的气味和VOC范围。所述的外层4外观面为尼龙材料制成的簇绒地毯，或者PET/PP制成的起绒面料，或者TPO/TPU/PVC/PU制成的表皮材料。所述的外层4也可以增加EVA/EPDM/PU等重涂层，更有效的成倍提高隔音板的声学隔音效果，所述的蜂窝板1由纸或铝或合成纤维制成。
如图2所示，为本申请的另一种实施例，该实施例中，所述的蜂窝板1的蜂窝空腔的一部分被填充有吸音材料11，另一部分未被填充吸音材料11形成空隙12。优选地，空隙12的厚度为3mm。预留的空隙12能够使装饰板的吸音效果更好。
本申请的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，将吸音材料11镶入蜂窝板的蜂窝空间中,正好充分利用了空间大幅度的提高了声学效果。吸音材料11的预埋镶入在不改变产品结构强度和承载性能的情况下解决盖板声学差的问题,特别是电动车电机低频噪音的问题。在新产品中都能很好的得到改善。
本申请的汽车零部件聚氨酯隔音板适用于汽车行李箱盖板，隔板，后座椅背板，衣帽架，后置物板等任何有硬度承载要求和声学隔音要求的汽车零部件。不仅局限于汽车内饰，当有声学要求时，外饰也可以应用。除了乘用和商用小汽车，大巴车，货运车和工程车，以及火车飞机等其它交通工具都可以应用。

1.一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，其特征在于，所述的汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板包括蜂窝板，所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝空腔内填充有吸音材料，所述的蜂窝板的上下两侧面分别覆盖有玻纤毡，覆盖有玻纤毡的蜂窝板形成一封闭的基板，所述的基板的外表面包覆有外层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，其特征在于，所述的吸音材料为聚氨酯泡或PET/PP纤维进入到蜂窝板的蜂窝空腔内形成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，其特征在于，所述的外层为尼龙材料制成的簇绒地毯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，其特征在于，所述的玻纤毡的远离所述的蜂窝板的一侧面涂覆有聚氨酯涂层，所述的外层通过聚氨酯涂层与所述的玻纤毡相粘合。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，其特征在于，所述的蜂窝板的蜂窝空腔的一部分被填充有吸音材料，另一部分未被填充吸音材料形成空隙。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车零部件用的聚氨酯隔音板，其特征在于，所述的蜂窝板由纸或铝或合成纤维制成。
