本实用新型公开了一种矿井防尘管路反冲洗过滤装置，它包括一个竖直安装的过滤沉淀管，过滤沉淀管内中部设有过滤网，过滤网以上设有出水接口，过滤网以下设有一段进水管和进水接口，过滤沉淀管的底部安装有污水阀门，进水管与过滤沉淀管顶部之间连接一个反冲管，反冲管上设有第一控制阀门，进水管上设有第二控制阀门。使用时，将本实用新型串接在离喷雾装置较近的位置即可。由于水中杂质颗粒得到过滤，防止了喷雾装置堵塞；过滤的杂质颗粒沉淀在过滤沉淀管的下部，一般情况下可定时开启污水阀门将其放出；亦可开启污水阀门和第一控制阀门，关闭第二控制阀门，用防尘水将杂质颗粒全部冲洗排出，冲洗得更加彻底。

本实用新型涉及矿井防尘管路。 
背景技术
目前，煤矿井下的防尘水源都来自井下的。由于老空水水质较差、硬度较大，并且防尘管路使用的是铁质管道，常年使用易产生锈污，锈污脱落后易造成各类喷雾装置的堵塞，影响雾化效果。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型设计一种矿井防尘管路反冲洗过滤装置。 
一种矿井防尘管路反冲洗过滤装置，其特征在于，它包括一个竖直安装的过滤沉淀管，过滤沉淀管内中部设有过滤网，过滤网以上设有出水接口，过滤网以下设有一段进水管和进水接口，过滤沉淀管的底部安装有污水阀门，进水管与过滤沉淀管顶部之间连接一个反冲管，反冲管上设有第一控制阀门，进水管上设有第二控制阀门。 
使用时，将本实用新型串接在离喷雾装置较近的位置。正常情况下，关闭污水阀门和第一控制阀门，打开第二控制阀门，管路正常供水，防尘水经过滤网过滤后，再进入进水管。由于水中杂质颗粒得到过滤，防止了喷雾装置堵塞；过滤的杂质颗粒沉淀在过滤沉淀管的下部，一般情况下可定时开启污水阀门将其放出；亦可开启污水阀门和第一控制阀门，关闭第二控制阀门，用防尘水将杂质颗粒全部冲洗排出，冲洗得更加彻底。

如图1所示，一种矿井反冲洗过滤装置，它包括一个竖直安装的过滤沉淀管1，过滤沉淀管1内中部设有过滤网2，过滤网2以上设有出水接口3，过滤网2以下设有一段进水管4和进水接口5，过滤沉淀管1的底部安装污水阀门6，进水管4与过滤沉淀管1顶部之间连接一个反冲管7，反冲管上设有第一控制阀门8，进水管4上设有第二控制阀门9。
