Abstract
一种吸收塔循环浆液塔外过滤装置，包括依次设置在吸收塔循环浆液出口外部的通过浆液循环管道连接的入口蝶阀、滤网壳体和浆液循环泵，所述浆液循环泵通过浆液循环管道和设置在吸收塔内的喷淋层连接，在所述滤网壳体内设置有塔外滤网，还包括和塔外滤网连接的对塔外滤网进行在线冲洗的冲洗水管；本实用新型解决了现有塔内滤网堵塞时需停运脱硫装置、清空吸收塔浆液后才能对滤网进行清理等问题，不必停运脱硫装置就可进行滤网的在线冲洗及清理、更换等。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫系统，特别是一种吸收塔循环浆液塔外过滤装置。
技术背景
为防止喷淋层喷嘴堵塞，多数吸收塔在塔内设置了循环泵入口滤网，当塔内滤网被杂物或垢体堵塞时，只能停运脱硫装置、清空吸收塔浆液后才能对滤网进行清理。根据环境保护主管部门要求，目前脱硫装置逐渐取消了烟气旁路。取消烟气旁路后，脱硫装置和主机同步启停，对脱硫装置的投运率及运行稳定可靠性有了更高的要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种吸收塔循环浆液塔外过滤装置，解决了现有塔内滤网堵塞时需停运脱硫装置、清空吸收塔浆液后才能对滤网进行清理等问题，不必停运脱硫装置就可进行滤网的在线冲洗及清理、更换等。
为达到以上目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种吸收塔循环浆液塔外过滤装置，包括依次设置在吸收塔1循环浆液出口外部的通过浆液循环管道7连接的入口蝶阀2、滤网壳体4和浆液循环泵5，所述浆液循环泵5通过浆液循环管道7和设置在吸收塔1内的喷淋层8连接，在所述滤网壳体4内设置有塔外滤网3，还包括和塔外滤网3连接的对塔外滤网3进行在线冲洗的冲洗水管6。
本实用新型和现有塔内滤网相比，由于过滤装置设置在吸收塔外部，因此不必停运脱硫装置就可进行滤网的在线冲洗，及清理、更换等，减少了机组停运时间，装置维护方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例，对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型一种吸收塔循环浆液塔外过滤装置，包括依次设置在吸收塔1循环浆液出口外部的通过浆液循环管道7连接的入口蝶阀2、滤网壳体4和浆液循环泵5，所述浆液循环泵5通过浆液循环管道7和设置在吸收塔1内的喷淋层8连接，在所述滤网壳体4内设置有塔外滤网3，还包括和塔外滤网3连接的对塔外滤网3进行在线冲洗的冲洗水管6。
如图2所示，为塔外滤网3的结构示意图。
本实用新型的工作原理为：循环浆液从吸收塔1经入口蝶阀2、塔外滤网3进入浆液循环泵5，浆液循环泵5升压后浆液经浆液循环管道7进入喷淋层8。工艺水通过冲洗水管6可对塔外滤网3进行在线冲洗，停运浆液循环泵5，关闭入口蝶阀2后，可打开滤网壳体4对塔外滤网3进行人工清理或更换。

1.一种吸收塔循环浆液塔外过滤装置，其特征在于：包括依次设置在吸收塔(1)循环浆液出口外部的通过浆液循环管道(7)连接的入口蝶阀(2)、滤网壳体(4)和浆液循环泵(5)，所述浆液循环泵(5)通过浆液循环管道(7)和设置在吸收塔(1)内的喷淋层(8)连接，在所述滤网壳体(4)内设置有塔外滤网(3)，还包括和塔外滤网(3)连接的对塔外滤网(3)进行在线冲洗的冲洗水管(6)。
