本实用新型涉及到清除钢管内切割熔渣设备的螺旋钢管内等离子切割熔渣装置,4个“V”形板的底部的下面由一个长形连接板连接成整体,4个“V”形板一侧的上面由一个长形的配重板连接,配重板下面的4个“V”形板活接的4个万向脚轮上安装有定位块,4个“V”形板另一侧的下面活接了4个万向脚轮。本实用新型能清除螺旋钢管内的高温切割的熔渣,节约了人工修磨熔渣的人力、物力,保证了初检岗位的畅通。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及清除钢管切割熔渣设备。 
背景技术
螺旋焊管生产线中有一道定尺切管工序,普遍采用等离子切割设备,其大大提高了切管质量及效率。但是,也存在以下问题: 
1.在切割钢管的过程中必然产生大量的熔渣附着在钢管内表面,特别是在切割大厚径比钢管时,部分熔渣温度来不及降至钢熔点以下,快速喷溅到钢管内壁上与钢管相溶。最后在管端内壁形成很多大大小小的熔瘤,不符合精品钢管的要求,需要用人工用砂轮机进行清理,利用砂轮机等工具清理时,费时费力。另外,来不及清理的管端熔渣在进入扩径岗位时,极易造成管端内压坑的缺陷,势必增加修磨的工作量,甚至造成管端被平头,影响材耗。
2.等离子切割后产生的熔渣大部分会附着在距管端100-300mm范围内,当钢管运至初检岗位时,初检工会利用扁铲等工具将大部分熔渣除净。初检是一个瓶颈岗位,人员少,任务重,责任大,在钢管质量不好的情况下经常发生堵塞,甚至造成主机被迫停车。究其原因,除熔渣作业势必增加初检工的作业量,消耗了一定的工作时间;另外,一路掉落的熔渣也增加了清扫的工作量。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供螺旋钢管内等离子切割熔渣装置,它是一个快速清扫螺旋钢管内熔渣的设备。 
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式实现的: 
本实用新型4个“V”形板底部的下面由一个长形板连接成整体,其上面设置有一个“V”形板,4个“V”形板一侧的上部连有一个长形的配重板,配重板上的4个“V”形板的下面各自活接有一个万向脚轮,4个万向脚轮的下面各自装有定位块,4个“V”形板另一侧的下面各自活接有一个万向脚轮。
本实用新型的有益效果为: 
本实用新型解决了螺旋钢管内高温熔渣溶附在钢管内壁形成溶瘤的难题,彻底避免了修磨熔渣时对人力、物力支出,初检工工作量减少,缩短了每根钢管的处理时间,保证了初检岗位的畅通。

1.螺旋钢管内等离子切割熔渣装置,其特征是:4个“V”形板(4)底部的下面由一个长形的连接板(6)连接成整体,其上面连接有一个“V”形的平板(9),4个“V”形板(4)的一侧的上部连接有一个长形的配重板(8),配重板(8)上的4个“V”形板(4)的下面各自活接有一个万向脚轮(5),4个万向脚轮(5)的下面各自装有定位块(7),4个“V”形板(4)另一侧的下面各自活接有一个万向脚轮(5)。
