Abstract
本发明涉及新型立式镗床。包括立式镗床，所述立式镗床的工作台侧边设有出水槽，出水槽前端设有水槽，水槽内设有水泵，水泵通过水管与工作台上的工装夹具连接。本发明通过安装在工装夹具的水管实现工件在镗孔过程中，时时清理镗孔时所产生的铁屑，并且降低了刀具的温度，使刀具使用寿命更长。

技术领域
本发明涉及新型立式镗床。
背景技术
镗床在工作时，会产生很多的碎屑，经过一段时间，碎屑就聚集在刀具周围，影响了镗床的正常工作，刀具在工作时，也会产生很高的温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够及时清理碎屑并降低刀具温度的新型立式镗床。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是：包括立式镗床，所述立式镗床的工作台侧边设有出水槽，出水槽前端设有水槽，水槽内设有水泵，水泵通过水管与工作台上的工装夹具连接。
所述水槽内设有隔板将水槽分成两水室，所述水室下端相通，所述出水槽下端对应的水室上端设有过滤网。
本发明的优点是：本发明通过安装在工装夹具的水管实现工件在镗孔过程中，时时清理镗孔时所产生的铁屑，并且降低了刀具的温度，使刀具使用寿命更长。

具体实施方式
本发明包括立式镗床1，所述立式镗床1的工作台2侧边设有出水槽3，出水槽3前端设有水槽4，水槽4内设有水泵5，水泵5通过水管6与工作台2上的工装夹具7连接；所述水槽4内设有隔板8将水槽4分成两水室，所述水室下端相通，所述出水槽3下端对应的水室上端设有过滤网9。

1.新型立式镗床，其特征在于，包括立式镗床，所述立式镗床的工作台侧边设有出水槽，出水槽前端设有水槽，水槽内设有水泵，水泵通过水管与工作台上的工装夹具连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型立式镗床，其特征在于，所述水槽内设有隔板将水槽分成两水室，所述水室下端相通，所述出水槽下端对应的水室上端设有过滤网。
