一种吹氧管接长装置，包括吹氧管套管，其特征是吹氧管套管的两端均设有直径是22mm、深度是40mm的孔，两端的孔上均设有螺纹孔，螺钉设置在螺纹孔内，两端的孔之间通过直径为12毫米的氧气流量孔连通。将废弃的吹氧管安装在本实用新型的两端并通过螺钉顶紧即可继续使用，更换吹氧管时，只要将螺钉松开，即可更换，快捷方便，操作简单，每根吹氧管的有效使用率从46％提高到92％，可提高有效使用量460公斤。按每吨吹氧管3150元计算，每吨可节约460×3.15＝1449元。

本实用新型具体涉及一种吹氧管接长装置。
背景技术
利用吹氧管切割作业中，切割作业的每根吹氧管长为6.5米，当使用到剩余3.5米左右时，由于距离切割物较近，周边环境温度较高，且有溶渣飞溅现象，切割作业人员无法再继续使用剩余的吹氧管，剩余约3米左右的吹氧管只能废弃，有效使用率较低。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种吹氧管接长装置，目的是将剩余的吹氧管连接后继续使用，以降低生产成本。
本实用新型包括吹氧管套管，其特征是吹氧管套管的两端均设有直径是22mm、深度是40mm的孔，两端的孔上均设有螺纹孔，螺钉设置在螺纹孔内，两端的孔之间通过直径为12毫米的氧气流量孔连通。
为防止连接不严密，发生漏气现象，在吹氧管套管与吹氧管之间加装橡胶密封圈。
将废弃的吹氧管安装在本实用新型的两端并通过螺钉顶紧即可继续使用，更换吹氧管时，只要将螺钉松开，即可更换，快捷方便，操作简单，每根吹氧管的有效使用率从46％提高到92％，可提高有效使用量460公斤。按每吨吹氧管3150元计算，每吨可节约460×3.15＝1449元。
