Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种炭黑反应炉,该反应炉中的炉体上端设有射入烃气流的喷枪,下端为炭黑出口,炉体中段为电弧核区,电弧核区侧面设有等离子发生器,等离子发生器在电弧核区中心产生由空气等离子体形成的电弧核。本实用新型是采用等离子超高温燃烧技术,加快炭黑化学反应速度、提高反应产率、改变反应过程以及引发新的化学反应,对炭黑微晶生成反应过程进行干扰,提高炭黑纳米尺寸的表面粗糙度,获得纳米结构的炭黑产品。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种炭黑反应炉,主要用于获得纳米结构的炭黑产品。
背景技术
目前炉法炭黑生产是采用天然气、煤气、液态烃类油作为燃料,燃烧产生的热能作为原料油的裂解成炭黑的基本能量,该方法最大的缺点就是天然气、煤气、液态烃类油作为燃料燃烧时必须配制大量的空气助燃,助燃的空气中只有21%的氧气真正起到助燃作用,79%的氮气自从进入生产系统后一直是在消耗能量,起着负作用,也有公司在研究采用富氧燃烧技术进行炭黑生产,以此来降低炭黑生产能耗,起到一定效果,但是效果不明显。
实用新型内容  
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能耗小,反应速度快,产率高且获得纳米结构炭黑产品的炭黑反应炉。
本实用新型所述的一种炭黑反应炉,包括炉体,所述炉体上端设有射入烃气流的喷枪,下端为炭黑出口,炉体中段为电弧核区,电弧核区侧面设有等离子发生器,等离子发生器在电弧核区中心产生由空气等离子体形成的电弧核。
所述电弧核区下部设有冷却水喷枪,通过喷入冷却水进行降温终止反应。
所述喷枪喷口的角度使其产生的烃气流尾部尺寸D1小于形成的电弧核的尺寸D2,使气雾尽可能全部接触高温电弧。
所述反应炉电弧核区内径尺寸D3大于电弧核尺寸D2,保证电弧核的超高温不直接接触到反应炉内胆,与内胆接触的仅是烃类物吸热后裂解成的炭黑,超高温电弧核始终被包裹在炭黑气流中。
本实用新型采用等离子技术超高温裂解汽态烃类物,加快炭黑化学反应速度、提高反应产率、降低能耗,改变反应过程以及引发新的化学反应,对炭黑微晶生成反应过程进行干扰,提高炭黑纳米尺寸的表面粗糙度,降低聚集体的形成的结合力,获得纳米结构的炭黑产品。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的一种炭黑反应炉,包括大致呈梭子形的炉体1,所述炉体1上端设有射入烃气流的喷枪2,下端为炭黑出口3,炉体1中段为电弧核区4,电弧核区4侧面设有等离子发生器5,等离子发生器5在电弧核区4中心产生由空气等离子体形成的电弧核6,电弧核区4下部设有冷却水喷枪7。喷枪2喷口的角度使其产生的烃气流8尾部尺寸D1小于形成电弧核的尺寸D2。反应炉电弧核区4内径尺寸D3大于电弧核尺寸D2。
该装置采用以下方法生产炭黑:在炭黑反应炉中,烃气流经过喷枪连续射出形成烃气流气雾,在炭黑反应炉中段,由等离子体发生器产生的等离子体形成5000~8000K的局部高温区,烃气流通过该区时受到高温作用,并在10-3秒内迅速裂解,从而生成炭黑,炭黑气流流入后部汇集段,在水喷枪喷入的冷却水作用下进行降温终止反应并从炭黑出口流出。
实施例1:以生产炭黑产品N330进行对比,实施具体数据如表1。

Claims (4)

1.一种炭黑反应炉,包括炉体(1),其特征在于,所述炉体(1)上端设有射入烃气流的喷枪(2),下端为炭黑出口(3),炉体(1)中段为电弧核区(4),电弧核区(4)侧面设有等离子发生器(5),等离子发生器(5)在电弧核区(4)中心产生由空气等离子体形成的电弧核(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炭黑反应炉,其特征在于,电弧核区(4)下部设有冷却水喷枪(7)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的炭黑反应炉,其特征在于,喷枪(2)喷口的角度使其产生的烃气流(8)尾部尺寸(D1)小于形成的电弧核的尺寸(D2)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的炭黑反应炉,其特征在于,反应炉电弧核区(4)内径尺寸(D3)大于电弧核尺寸(D2)。
