本实用新型涉及汽车内饰部件技术领域，具体涉及一种塑料板件式的汽车内饰用隔音件。
背景技术
传统汽车内饰中用于隔音的内饰件，采用塑料件和吸音棉组合，将吸音棉粘贴双面胶，经双面胶贴附在塑料件上；上述结构下的隔音件，存在长时间使用后，塑料件上的吸音棉易脱落，而且双面胶在受热的情况下，也存在脱落的问题，而且采用双面胶，成本大。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种塑料件与吸音棉复合牢固可靠，牢固耐用，且成本低廉的汽车内饰用隔音件。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供了如下技术方案：一种汽车内饰用隔音件，包括有塑料件以及叠设在塑料件上的吸音棉，其特征在于：所述塑料件与吸音棉贴合的一侧上均布有若干焊接凸点，所述吸音棉对应塑料件上焊接凸点位置经超声波点焊实现与塑料件熔接。
通过采用上述技术方案，塑料件上设置焊接凸点，吸音棉与塑料件在焊接凸点处，经超声波点焊熔接，由于两部件，相互熔接一体，具有复合牢固，耐用，具有使用寿命长的优点。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述焊接凸点为中间带凹坑的圆形凸点。
通过采用上述技术方案，便于吸音棉与塑料接的结合可靠，提高牢固度。
本实用新型进一步设置为：所述焊接凸点的高度大于焊接凸点中凹坑的深度。

参见附图1、附图2，本实用新型公开的一种汽车内饰用隔音件，包括有塑料件1以及叠设在塑料件1上的吸音棉2，在塑料件1与吸音棉2贴合的一侧上均布有若干焊接凸点3，所述吸音棉2对应塑料件2上焊接凸点3位置经超声波点焊实现与塑料件熔接。
如图2所示，所述焊接凸点3为中间带凹坑31的圆形凸点；其中焊接凸点3的高度大于焊接凸点3中凹坑31的深度；所述焊接凸点3的高度为0.3mm～0.5mm。
本实用新型，在塑料件上设置焊接凸点，吸音棉与塑料件在焊接凸点处，经超声波点焊熔接，由于两部件，相互熔接一体，具有复合牢固，耐用，具有使用寿命长的优点。

1.一种汽车内饰用隔音件，包括有塑料件以及叠设在塑料件上的吸音棉，其特征在于：所述塑料件与吸音棉贴合的一侧上均布有若干焊接凸点，所述吸音棉对应塑料件上焊接凸点位置经超声波点焊实现与塑料件熔接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰用隔音件，其特征在于：所述焊接凸点为中间带凹坑的圆形凸点。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车内饰用隔音件，其特征在于：所述焊接凸点的高度大于焊接凸点中凹坑的深度。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种汽车内饰用隔音件，其特征在于：所述焊接凸点的高度为0.3mm～0.5mm。
