Abstract

一种汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺,该工艺首先将将厚度为8mm的隔音棉裁剪成与汽车工件凹槽的对应形状,将隔音棉放置在工件的槽中,再将手持超声波焊接机的焊接头对准隔音棉与工件的接口处,超声波使隔音棉与工件的接口处进行振动摩擦,利用摩擦产生的热量使接口处的隔音棉和工件熔化;再将超声波焊接机输出的超声波转换成压力波;在压力波的作用下,接口处的隔音棉和工件熔融为一体,该工艺只需处理接口处的隔音棉,不需处理整面隔音棉,从而增加了安装工艺生产效率,同时取消了背胶粘贴工艺,解决了背胶含有有毒有害物质及易融化的问题。

一种汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺,属于汽车零件生产工艺。
背景技术
目前汽车上的超厚隔音棉与车身的固定工艺为背胶粘贴工艺,在超厚隔音棉一面安装背胶,利用背胶的粘性将超厚隔音棉固定在车身上,但由于背胶一般含有有毒有害物质,存在异味,且背胶也极易在天气炎热的条件下融化甚至燃烧,对顾客的健康和安全造成了严重的影响,同时该工艺需要将隔音棉一面全部安装背胶,必然导致工作效率低、产品成本高的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供了一种安装工艺生产效率高,产品成本低,且安全无害的汽车超厚隔音棉固定工艺。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为,一种汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺,至少包括以下步骤:
(1)将厚度不小于8mm的隔音棉裁剪成与汽车工件凹槽的对应形状;
(2)将隔音棉放置在工件的槽中,隔音棉下表面贴合工件凹槽上表面,隔音棉侧面贴合凹槽内侧面;
(3)将超声波焊接头贴紧隔音棉与工件的接口处,超声波的频率为15KHz~20KHz、功率密度为0.3w/cm2~0.5w/cm2的超声波,超声波使隔音棉与工件的接口处进行振动摩擦,利用摩擦产生的热量使接口处的隔音棉和工件熔化;
(4)接口处的隔音棉和工件均熔化后持续1s使隔音棉和工件交融,将超声波转换成压力波,其中压力波的参数为频率为5KHz~10KHz、压力为0.4-0.6MPa,在压力波的作用下,接口处的隔音棉和工件熔融为一体;
(5)隔音棉和工件在压力作用下冷却至室温定型。
对上述技术方案的进一步改进为步骤(1)中隔音棉的外侧大于工件凹槽2~5mm。
由上述技术方案可知,本发明提供的汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺首先将隔音棉放置在工件的槽中,其次利用超声波焊接机产生的超声波使隔音棉内部分子进行振动摩擦,利用摩擦产生的热量使接口处的隔音棉和工件熔化;在压力波的作用下,接口处的隔音棉和工件熔融为一体;隔音棉和工件在压力作用下冷却至室温定型;由于该工艺只需处理接口处的隔音棉,不需处理整面隔音棉,从而增加了安装工艺生产效率,同时取消了背胶粘贴工艺,解决了背胶含有有毒有害物质及易融化的问题。
具体实施方式
下面根据实施例对本发明进行详细具体说明。
本发明提供的汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺,首先将厚度不小于8mm的隔音棉裁剪成与汽车工件凹槽的对应形状,本实施中隔音棉的外侧大于工件凹槽2~5mm;
其次将隔音棉放置在工件的槽中,隔音棉下表面贴合工件凹槽上表面,隔音棉侧面贴合凹槽内侧面;本实施例中工件为机舱装饰罩、左后轮罩挡泥板、右后轮罩挡泥板、左轮罩挡泥板、右前轮罩挡泥板、左后轮罩前扰流板、右后轮罩前扰流板;
接着将超声波焊接机的焊接头贴紧隔音棉与工件的接口处,超声波焊接机工作设置为频率为15KHz~20KHz、功率密度为0.3w/cm2~0.5w/cm2的超声波,超声波使隔音棉与工件的接口处进行振动摩擦,利用摩擦产生的热量使接口处的隔音棉和工件熔化;本实施例中隔音棉的熔点为250°,工件的熔点为270°;
随后在接口处的隔音棉和工件均熔化后持续1s隔音棉和工件,将超声波焊接机输出的超声波转换成压力波,其中压力波的参数为频率为5KHz~10KHz、压力为 0.4-0.6MPa,在压力波的作用下,接口处的隔音棉和工件熔融为一体;
最后隔音棉和工件在压力作用下冷却至室温定型。
本发明提供的工艺只需处理接口处的隔音棉,不需处理整面隔音棉,从而增加了安装工艺生产效率,同时取消了背胶粘贴工艺,解决了背胶含有有毒有害物质及易融化的问题。

Claims (2)

1.一种汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺,其特征在于,至少包括以下步骤:
(1)将厚度不小于8mm的隔音棉裁剪成与汽车工件凹槽的对应形状;
(2)将隔音棉放置在工件的槽中,隔音棉下表面贴合工件凹槽上表面,隔音棉侧面贴合凹槽内侧面;
(3)将超声波焊接头贴紧隔音棉与工件的接口处,超声波的频率为15KHz~20KHz、功率密度为0.3w/cm2~0.5w/cm2的超声波,超声波使隔音棉与工件的接口处进行振动摩擦,利用摩擦产生的热量使接口处的隔音棉和工件熔化;
(4)接口处的隔音棉和工件均熔化后,持续1s使隔音棉和工件交融,将超声波转换成压力波,其中压力波的参数为频率为5KHz~10KHz、压力为0.4-0.6MPa,在压力波的作用下,接口处的隔音棉和工件熔融为一体;
(5)隔音棉和工件在压力作用下冷却至室温定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车超厚隔音棉的固定工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中隔音棉的外侧大于工件凹槽2~5mm。
