技术领域
 本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种节能光电复合铝合金电缆。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,并且现有的铜缆载流量小,铜资源紧缺。
此外,现有的电缆不能实现通信功能,还需要另设一条通信线路才能满足通信功能,造成重复布线。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中电缆重量较大、电阻较大、载流量低、不能通信的缺陷,提供一种节能光电复合铝合金电缆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种节能光电复合铝合金电缆,其特征在于,包括若干铝合金导体以及包覆在铝合金导体外的外绝缘层,所述铝合金导体包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的内绝缘层,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的铝合金绞线,在所述铝合金导体和外绝缘层之间填充有耐热阻燃材料;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述阻燃材料中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在同样体积下,铝合金的实际重量大约是铜的三分之一,在满足相同导电性能的前提下,相同重量的铝合金电缆的长度是铜缆的2倍。因此,铝合金电缆的重量是同样载流量的铜缆的一半。铝合金导体代替铜导体,在同重量的情况下,铝合金电缆的重量轻,并且载流量是铜导体电缆的1.8倍,并且缓解了铜资源的压力。此外,光电复合缆既能传输电能,还能实现光纤通信。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种节能光电复合铝合金电缆,包括3根铝合金导体以及包覆在铝合金导体外的外绝缘层4,所述铝合金导体包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的内绝缘层1,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的铝合金绞线2,在所述铝合金导体和外绝缘层之间填充有耐热阻燃材料3;还包括有不锈钢光单元5,所述不锈钢光单元5容纳在所述阻燃材料3中。
如图2所示,不锈钢光单元5为由若干条光纤9置于一个不锈钢保护管6内组成,不锈钢保护管6采用松套结构,对光纤9起机械缓冲、防止绞合金属线的侧向压力并起隔热保护作用;不锈钢保护管6空隙内连续填充合适的阻水物8,阻水物8能有效防止潮气或水份渗进光单元,不损害光纤9传输特性和使用寿命;不锈钢保护管6外挤包一层铜层7,有效防止防止不同材料形成的电位腐蚀。

1. 一种节能光电复合铝合金电缆,其特征在于,包括若干铝合金导体以及包覆在铝合金导体外的外绝缘层,所述铝合金导体包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的内绝缘层,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的铝合金绞线,在所述铝合金导体和外绝缘层之间填充有耐热阻燃材料;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述阻燃材料中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
