技术领域
本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种复合芯型低弧垂高强耐热铝合金光电电缆。
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,并且现有的导线膨胀系数大、弧垂大、导线表面的电晕大。
现在广泛采用碳纤维复合芯来替代钢芯,但是现有的碳纤维复合芯强度还不够,还不够柔软,弯曲半径大,做成的导线弯曲性能不好。此外,现有的导线不能实现通信功能,还需要另设一条通信线路才能满足通信功能,造成重复布线。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中电缆的上述缺陷,提供一种复合芯型低弧垂高强耐热铝合金光电电缆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种复合芯型低弧垂高强耐热铝合金光电电缆,其特征在于,包括复合芯和高强耐热铝合金型线,在所述复合芯的外侧绞合所述高强耐热铝合金型线,所述复合芯包括碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝,通过将成股的碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝绞合而成;在所述高强耐热铝合金型线外包裹一层耐高温绝缘材料层;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述复合芯和所述高强耐热铝合金型线之间的空隙中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
进一步地,所述碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝胶合后,采用树脂浸渍,而后采用烘箱固化而成所述复合芯。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型的复合芯型低弧垂高强耐热铝合金光电电缆,殷钢芯的线膨胀系数小,比普通钢芯的弧垂小,并且外层采用高强耐热铝合金型线绞制结构,在等外径的情况下,导电截面大,有效地增大了输电容量,并减小导线表面的电晕。此外,不光能够导电,还能实现光纤通信。采用了玻璃纤维和碳纤维复合结构,经过树脂浸渍并采用烘箱固化后,质地柔软,强度更大,制成的电缆比传统碳纤维导线电缆柔软性好,具有更小的弯曲半径,能更好的服务于输电线路。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种复合芯型低弧垂高强耐热铝合金光电电缆,包括复合芯1和高强耐热铝合金型线2,在所述复合芯1的外侧绞合所述高强耐热铝合金型线2,所述复合芯1包括碳纤维丝9和玻璃纤维丝10,通过将成股的碳纤维丝9和玻璃纤维丝10绞合而成;在所述高强耐热铝合金型线2外包裹一层耐高温绝缘材料层3;还包括有不锈钢光单元8,所述不锈钢光单元8容纳在所述复合芯1和所述高强耐热铝合金型线2之间的空隙中。
所述碳纤维丝9和玻璃纤维丝10胶合后,采用树脂浸渍,而后采用烘箱固化而成所述复合芯。在本实施例中,所述的碳纤维丝9为1股,位于6股玻璃纤维丝10的中央。
如图2所示,不锈钢光单元8为由若干条光纤7置于一个不锈钢保护管4内组成,不锈钢保护管4采用松套结构,对光纤7起机械缓冲、防止绞合金属线的侧向压力并起隔热保护作用;不锈钢保护管4空隙内连续填充合适的阻水物6,阻水物6能有效防止潮气或水份渗进光单元,不损害光纤7传输特性和使用寿命;不锈钢保护管4外挤包一层铜层5,有效防止防止不同材料形成的电位腐蚀。

1. 一种复合芯型低弧垂高强耐热铝合金光电电缆,其特征在于,包括复合芯和高强耐热铝合金型线,在所述复合芯的外侧绞合所述高强耐热铝合金型线,所述复合芯包括碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝,通过将成股的碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝绞合而成;在所述高强耐热铝合金型线外包裹一层耐高温绝缘材料层;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述复合芯和所述高强耐热铝合金型线之间的空隙中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
