本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域，尤其涉及一种复合芯型低风压光电导线。 
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展，电力需求的不断增长，电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大，而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线，这些导线的重量较大，电阻较大，并且现有的导线横截面积大，导致受风面积大，舞动幅度大。 
现在广泛采用碳纤维复合芯来替代钢芯，但是现有的碳纤维复合芯强度还不够，还不够柔软，弯曲半径大，做成的导线弯曲性能不好。此外，现有的导线不能实现通信功能，还需要另设一条通信线路才能满足通信功能，造成重复布线。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中导线的上述缺陷，提供一种复合芯型低风压光电导线。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是： 
一种复合芯型低风压光电导线，其特征在于，包括复合芯以及包裹在复合芯外边的导电层；所述复合芯包括碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝，通过将成股的碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝绞合而成；所述导电层为数层绞合在所述复合芯外的铝线；还包括有不锈钢光单元，所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述复合芯和所述导电层之间的空隙中；所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成，不锈钢保护管采用松套结构，不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物，不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
进一步地，所述碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝胶合后，采用树脂浸渍，而后采用烘箱固化而成所述复合芯。 
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的复合芯型低风压光电导线，其铝线层层贴合，铝线之间的间隙减小，减小了外径，降低了导线的横截面，而横截面的减小，有效地降低了导线受风的面积，从而可以减小导线的舞动。此外，不光能够导电，还能实现光纤通信。采用了玻璃纤维和碳纤维复合结构，经过树脂浸渍并采用烘箱固化后，质地柔软，强度更大，制成的导线比传统碳纤维导线柔软性好，具有更小的弯曲半径，能更好的服务于输电线路。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种复合芯型低风压光电导线，包括复合芯1以及包裹在复合芯1外边的导电层2；所述复合芯1包括碳纤维丝8和玻璃纤维丝9，通过将成股的碳纤维丝8和玻璃纤维丝9绞合而成；所述导电层2为数层绞合在所述复合芯外的铝线；还包括有不锈钢光单元3，所述不锈钢光单元3容纳在所述复合芯1和所述导电层2之间的空隙中。 
所述碳纤维丝8和玻璃纤维丝9胶合后，采用树脂浸渍，而后采用烘箱固化而成所述复合芯。在本实施例中，所述的碳纤维丝8为1股，位于6股玻璃纤维丝9的中央。 
如图2所示，不锈钢光单元3为由若干条光纤7置于一个不锈钢保护管4内组成，不锈钢保护管4采用松套结构，对光纤7起机械缓冲、防止绞合金属线的侧向压力并起隔热保护作用；不锈钢保护管4空隙内连续填充合适的阻水物6，阻水物6能有效防止潮气或水份渗进光单元，不损害光纤7传输特性和使用寿命；不锈钢保护管4外挤包一层铜层5，有效防止防止不同材料形成的电位腐蚀。

1. 一种复合芯型低风压光电导线，其特征在于，包括复合芯以及包裹在复合芯外边的导电层；所述复合芯包括碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝，通过将成股的碳纤维丝和玻璃纤维丝绞合而成；所述导电层为数层绞合在所述复合芯外的铝线；还包括有不锈钢光单元，所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述复合芯和所述导电层之间的空隙中；所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成，不锈钢保护管采用松套结构，不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物，不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
