本实用新型公开一种环保型护套电缆，包括导体线芯、内绝缘、外绝缘、分屏、铝护套层、防火隔离层、玻璃丝填充层；所述内绝缘设置在导体线芯外；所述电缆线芯的外部设有防火隔离层；所述防火隔离层与电缆线芯之间设有玻璃丝填充层；所述防火隔离层的外部包覆有铝护套层；所述导体线芯外依次绕包有内绝缘和外绝缘以及分屏；所述分屏外挤包有铝护套层。本实用新型通过依次设置的导体线芯、玻璃丝填充层、防火隔离层、铝护套层，将电缆线芯的防火性能得到提升，同时整体的环保性得到改善，减少铜金属的使用，使得生产成本下降。

本实用新型涉及电线电缆技术领域，具体地说是一种环保型护套电缆。
背景技术
电缆外护套的材质直接影响着电缆的防腐蚀特性、电缆敷设的难易程度，而且影响电缆的使用寿命，在电缆的外护套中，出现了以铜为外护套的电缆，使得电缆的电气性能、机械性能、耐环境性能得到提升，然而铜金属价格昂贵，铜护套层的使用，进一步加剧了铜资源缺乏的矛盾。为了解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型提出一种环保型护套电缆。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题，本实用新型旨在提供一种环保型护套电缆。
为实现该技术目的，本实用新型的方案是：一种环保型护套电缆，包括导体线芯、内绝缘、外绝缘、分屏、铝护套层、防火隔离层、玻璃丝填充层；所述内绝缘设置在导体线芯外；所述电缆线芯的外部设有防火隔离层；所述防火隔离层与电缆线芯之间设有玻璃丝填充层；所述防火隔离层的外部包覆有铝护套层；所述导体线芯外依次绕包有内绝缘和外绝缘以及分屏；所述分屏外挤包有铝护套层。
作为优选，所述玻璃丝填充层的内部填充三个电缆线芯，呈三角形排列。
作为优选，所述导体线芯、分屏是采用镀镍铜丝制成。
作为优选，所述内绝缘为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘，外绝缘为低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘。
本实用新型通过依次设置的导体线芯、玻璃丝填充层、防火隔离层、铝护套层，将电缆线芯的防火性能得到提升，同时整体的环保性得到改善。
有益效果
本实用新型设有多层防火结构，实现了防火性能的提升，可以减少铜金属的使用，使得生产成本下降，且环保。

如图1所示，本实用新型实施例的一种环保型护套电缆，包括导体线芯1、内绝缘2、外绝缘3、分屏4、铝护套层5、防火隔离层6、玻璃丝填充层7；所述内绝缘2设置在导体线芯1外；所述电缆线芯的外部设有防火隔离层6；所述防火隔离层6与电缆线芯之间设有玻璃丝填充层7；所述防火隔离层6的外部包覆有铝护套层5；所述导体线芯1外依次绕包有内绝缘2和外绝缘3以及分屏4；所述分屏4外挤包有铝护套层5。
作为优选，所述玻璃丝填充层7的内部填充三个电缆线芯，呈三角形排列。

1.一种环保型护套电缆，包括导体线芯、内绝缘、外绝缘、分屏、铝护套层、防火隔离层、玻璃丝填充层；其特征在于：所述内绝缘设置在导体线芯外；所述电缆线芯的外部设有防火隔离层；所述防火隔离层与电缆线芯之间设有玻璃丝填充层；所述防火隔离层的外部包覆有铝护套层；所述导体线芯外依次绕包有内绝缘和外绝缘以及分屏；所述分屏外挤包有铝护套层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型护套电缆，其特征在于：所述玻璃丝填充层的内部填充三个电缆线芯，呈三角形排列。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型护套电缆，其特征在于：所述内绝缘为聚全氟乙丙烯绝缘，外绝缘为低烟无卤聚烯烃绝缘。
