本实用新型涉及电线电缆领域,尤其涉及一种节能降耗铝合金光电导线。 
背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,并且现有的导线电损高,能量损失大、输电容量低。 
此外,现有的导线不能实现通信功能,还需要另设一条通信线路才能满足通信功能,造成重复布线。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中导线电损高,能量损失大、输电容量低的缺陷,提供一种节能降耗铝合金光电导线。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种节能降耗铝合金光电导线,其特征在于,包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的导电层,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的中强度铝合金绞线,所述导电层为数层绞合在所述线芯外的中强度铝合金;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述中强度铝合金绞线的空隙中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
本实用新型的有益效果是:中强度铝合金导线的抗拉强度低于高强度全铝合金导线,但导电率有了的很大的提高,在强度要求不是太高的输电线路上使用中强度铝合金绞线代替钢芯铝绞线,可减轻重量,减少钢丝的磁滞损耗和铝钢接触面引起的电化学腐蚀,起到与高强度铝合金导线相当的效果。此外,不光能够导电,还能实现光纤通信。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种节能降耗铝合金光电导线,包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的导电层,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的中强度铝合金绞线1,所述导电层2为数层绞合在所述线芯外的中强度铝合金;还包括有不锈钢光单元3,所述不锈钢光单元3容纳在所述中强度铝合金绞线1的空隙中。在本实施例中,所述中强度铝合金绞线1为7股,所述线芯外的中强度铝合金为2层。 
如图2所示,不锈钢光单元3为由若干条光纤7置于一个不锈钢保护管4内组成,不锈钢保护管4采用松套结构,对光纤7起机械缓冲、防止绞合金属线的侧向压力并起隔热保护作用;不锈钢保护管4空隙内连续填充合适的阻水物6,阻水物6能有效防止潮气或水份渗进光单元,不损害光纤7传输特性和使用寿命;不锈钢保护管4外挤包一层铜层5,有效防止防止不同材料形成的电位腐蚀。

1. 一种节能降耗铝合金光电导线,其特征在于,包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的导电层,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的中强度铝合金绞线,所述导电层为数层绞合在所述线芯外的中强度铝合金;还包括有不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元容纳在所述中强度铝合金绞线的空隙中;所述的不锈钢光单元为由若干条光纤置于一个不锈钢保护管内组成,不锈钢保护管采用松套结构,不锈钢保护管空隙内连续填充阻水物,不锈钢保护管外挤包一层铜层。
