背景技术
随着我国经济建设的不断发展,电力需求的不断增长,电缆作为电能传输的载体的需求量也越来越大,而目前国内用的电缆导线多是钢芯铝绞线和钢芯铝合金导线,这些导线的重量较大,电阻较大,并且现有的铜缆载流量小,铜资源紧缺。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中电缆重量较大、电阻较大、载流量低的缺陷,提供一种节能铝合金电缆。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种节能铝合金电缆,其特征在于,包括若干铝合金导体以及包覆在铝合金导体外的外绝缘层,所述铝合金导体包括线芯以及包裹在线芯外边的内绝缘层,所述线芯为单丝多股绞合的铝合金绞线,在所述铝合金导体和外绝缘层之间填充有耐热阻燃材料。
本实用新型的有益效果是:铝合金电缆的重量轻,在同样体积下,铝合金的实际重量大约是铜的三分之一,在满足相同导电性能的前提下,相同重量的铝合金电缆的长度是铜缆的2倍。因此,铝合金电缆的重量是同样载流量的铜缆的一半。铝合金导体代替铜导体,在同重量的情况下,铝合金电缆的重量轻,并且载流量是铜导体电缆的1.8倍,并且缓解了铜资源的压力。
