 本实用新型涉及一种热顶锻机试样夹具。
背景技术
现有热顶锻机在锻压试样时，需要一人将试样放在锻压台面上，手持夹钳夹扶持试样，另外一人启动开关锻压，操作过程存在一定危险性，且锻压试样不能达到技术要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热顶锻机试样夹具，能够有效地加持试样，提高工人操作安全性。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种热顶锻机试样夹具，包括锻压台，锻压台的中部呈凹形，锻压台的两端凸缘中部水平通孔内分别同轴套装着一根夹持杆，夹持杆的外侧端分别安装着螺母，夹持杆的内侧端分别安装着一块C形夹板，两夹持杆上分别配合套装着压缩弹簧。
将锻压台面重新设计改进成“凹”型台面，“凹”型两侧中心线位置各钻一孔。再制两“C”型夹板，在夹持杆上配合套装弹簧，通过螺帽调整“C”型夹板的开口度，达到扶持锻压试样的效果。通过夹持杆弹簧推住“C”型夹板，使其夹持试样，达到试样定型的作用。
本实用新型试样有两半“C”型夹板夹持，可防止试样蹦出伤人，提高工人操作安全性，解决了锻压后试样变形、高度不准确的问题，提高作业效率。

具体实施方式
一种热顶锻机试样夹具，包括锻压台5，如图1所示，锻压台5的中部呈凹形，锻压台5的两端凸缘中部水平通孔内分别同轴套装着一根夹持杆3，夹持杆3的外侧端分别安装着螺母4，夹持杆3的内侧端分别安装着一块C形夹板1，两夹持杆上分别配合套装着压缩弹簧2。通过两根夹持杆3以及夹板1夹持住试样6，提高工人操作安全性。
