Abstract

本实用新型属于塑胶加工机械技术领域,具体涉及一种用于挤出发泡塑胶并对挤出的塑胶带随即进行整理的塑胶挤出整理设备。包括料斗和用于挤出塑胶带的挤出装置,挤出装置包括料管和模头,料管一端连接模头,另一端连接料斗,挤出机还包括用于整理挤出装置挤出的塑胶带的整理装置,整理装置包括用于冷却、压光并限定发泡塑胶厚度的从上到下依次设置的三个调节辊,用于牵引、输送发泡塑胶的牵引辊,以及设置于调节辊和牵引辊之间的冷却箱。本设备结构简单,操作方便,通过全自动的牵引辊传动降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,且通过定厚、压光处理提高了成品品质,成品率高,降低了生产成本。

Description

一种塑胶挤出整理设备
技术领域
本实用新型属于塑胶加工机械技术领域,具体涉及一种用于挤出发泡塑胶并对挤出的塑胶带随即进行整理的塑胶挤出整理设备。 
背景技术
传统的待发泡塑胶带由模头挤出后直接送入发泡箱,送入发泡箱前的发泡塑胶其厚度完全由模头的出口尺寸决定,由于刚挤出的发泡塑胶温度较高,通过自然环境的冷却会使发泡塑胶厚簿,送入发泡箱发泡后的成品塑胶也厚簿不均,使得成品品质差,原材料成本高,浪费严重,且刚挤出的塑胶带温度较高,如果保持这么高的温度进行传送很容易会造成塑胶带粘在设备上或塑胶带之间粘接上造成破损。如公开(公告)号为2846099公开的塑胶挤出机,包含热源、料斗、料管、模头,模头装设在料管的出口端,料管内装设螺杆,螺杆靠近料斗的一端与驱动齿办相互固装并且经过包含该驱动齿轮的传动机构连接到电动机,对准螺杆靠近料斗的一端的端部,固装一经控制装置连通到油泵的油缸。该挤出机为只对传统的挤出机内部结构做了改进,使其维修拆装方便,其挤出的塑胶带仍存在上述问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为解决上述技术问题提供一种塑胶挤出后对其进行定厚规格化并冷却处理的塑胶挤出整理设备。 
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的: 
一种塑胶挤出整理设备,包括料斗和用于挤出塑胶带的挤出装置,所述挤出装置包括料管和模头,所述料管一端连接模头,另一端连接料斗,还包括用于整理挤出装置挤出的塑胶带的整理装置,所述整理装置包括用于冷却、压光并限定发泡塑胶厚度的若干调节辊,用于牵引、输送发泡塑胶的牵引辊,以及设置于所述调节辊和牵引辊之间的冷却箱。
挤出的塑胶带要么进行收卷存放要么直接通过传放装置送入发泡箱,通过冷却箱降温后的塑胶带温度降低,从而不会在收卷或叠放过程中塑胶带自身粘接或者在传送过程中粘在设备上,降低了损耗,提高了成品率。 
作为优选,所述调节辊为中心轴相互平行并且辊面间距可调的排辊。通过调节调节辊之间的间距来压制定厚的光滑的塑胶带,塑胶带品相都得到提高,同时提高了后期发泡出来的塑胶的成品率。 
作为优选,所述调节辊包括依次设置的三个辊子,相邻辊子分别设置于塑胶带两侧。 
作为优选,所述冷却箱为冷却池。 
作为优选,所述冷却池为顶部敞口的敞口池。塑胶带在牵引辊的牵引作用以及自身重力下传送过程中浸入冷却池进行冷却处理。 
作为优选,所述冷却箱与调节辊之间设置有定位塑胶带使其便于送入冷却箱的定位传送辊。通过调节辊后的塑胶经定位传送辊被重新抬高到适合的高度送入冷却箱,定位传送辊的高度要高于冷却箱上表面的高度。 
作为优选,所述定位传送辊为两个,并分别设置于塑胶带两侧。塑胶带被夹在两个定位传送辊之间可以起到定高同时限位的作用。 
作为优选,所述牵引辊为辊面间距可调的对辊。根据塑胶带的厚度不同来调整牵引辊之间的间距。 
作为优选,所述调节辊从上到下依次设置,所述模头上用于挤出塑胶带的出口的高度位置与位于上部的两个调节辊之间间隙的高度位置对应。便于挤出的塑胶带直接送经调节辊进行压光、定厚处理。 
作为优选,所述冷却箱沿塑胶带传送方向的长度为1-2米。冷却箱过长成本高,冷却箱过短冷却效果差。 
综上所述,本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
1、    通过调节辊的辗压对挤出的发泡塑胶进行定厚压光或压花,利于后期发泡出厚簿均一、品质较好的成品塑胶,冷却池的冷却效果好,冷却后的塑胶带不易粘连,不易破损,提高了成品率,降低了生产成本;
2、    本设备结构简单,操作方便,通过全自动的牵引辊以及调节辊的传动降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。

实施例: 
      如附图所示一种塑胶挤出整理设备,包括料斗1和用于挤出塑胶带5的挤出装置,挤出装置包括料管2和模头3,料管2一端连接模头3,另一端连接料斗1,包括用于整理挤出装置挤出的塑胶带5的整理装置,整理装置包括用于冷却、压光并限定发泡塑胶厚度的从上到下依次设置的三个调节辊4,用于牵引、输送发泡塑胶的牵引辊6,以及设置于调节辊4和牵引辊6之间的冷却箱,本实施例采用冷却池8。调节辊4为中心轴相互平行并且辊面间距可调的排辊,相邻调节辊分别设置于塑胶带5两侧。冷却池8为顶部敞口且沿塑胶带5传送方向的长度为1-2米的敞口池。冷却池8与调节辊4之间设置有定位塑胶带5使其便于送入冷却箱的定位传送辊9。所述定位传送辊9为两个,并分别设置于塑胶带5两侧。牵引辊6为辊面间距可调的对辊。
模头3上用于挤出塑胶带5的出口的高度位置与位于上部的两个调节辊4之间间隙的高度位置对应。 
经模头3挤出的塑胶带5送入调节辊4进行定厚、压光处理,再经定位传送辊9抬高后由牵引辊6牵引送入冷却池8,从冷却池8出来后的已冷却好的塑胶带晾干处理后经牵引辊6传出送入发泡下一步骤或进行收卷处理。 
本设备结构简单,操作方便,通过全自动的牵引辊6传动降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率,且通过定厚、压光处理提高了成品品质,成品率高,降低了生产成本。 

Claims (10)

1.一种塑胶挤出整理设备,包括料斗(1)和用于挤出塑胶带(5)的挤出装置,所述挤出装置包括料管(2)和模头(3),所述料管(2)一端连接模头(3),另一端连接料斗(1),其特征在于:还包括用于整理挤出装置挤出的塑胶带(5)的整理装置,所述整理装置包括用于冷却、压光并限定发泡塑胶厚度的若干调节辊(4),用于牵引、输送发泡塑胶的牵引辊(6),以及设置于所述调节辊(4)和牵引辊(6)之间的冷却箱。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述调节辊(4)为中心轴相互平行并且辊面间距可调的排辊。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述调节辊(4)包括依次设置的三个辊子,相邻辊子分别设置于塑胶带(5)两侧。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述冷却箱为冷却池(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述冷却池(8)为顶部敞口的敞口池。
6.根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述冷却箱与调节辊(4)之间设置有定位塑胶带(5)使其便于送入冷却箱的定位传送辊(9)。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述定位传送辊(9)为两个,并分别设置于塑胶带(5)两侧。
8.根据权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述牵引辊(6)为辊面间距可调的对辊。
9.根据权利要求3所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述调节辊(4)从上到下依次设置,所述模头(3)上用于挤出塑胶带(5)的出口的高度位置与位于上部的两个调节辊(4)之间间隙的高度位置对应。
10.根据权利要求1所述一种塑胶挤出整理设备,其特征在于:所述冷却箱沿塑胶带(5)传送方向的长度为1-2米。
