本实用新型涉及机械设备领域,特别是一种代替人工作业的机械翻杯装置。
背景技术
目前,玻璃行业生产都是采用人工用夹具从模具里往输送带上转送产品的模式,在生产流水线作业采用人工操作,把机器生产出来的产品通过人工夹到输送带上面进入下一个工序,这样每条生产线每班需要2人操作,机器运转速度快,人员劳动强度高,人工作业的安全性差,经常有事故发生,生产成本高且工作质量低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种代替人工操作的机械翻杯装置,采用本装置可显著降低劳动强度、提高产品质量和生产效率。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的,一种机械翻杯装置,包括可编程控制器及该控制器控制的电机,其特征在于,所述电机的动力输出轴通过输送带连接一个同步轮,所述同步轮上装一同步旋转的传动轴,传动轴的另一端装有随轴转动的联接头,所述联接头的径向对称设置由所述可编程控制器控制的阔型气爪,所述阔型气爪上外端装有与杯壁配合的抓杯钳。
进一步地,所述联接头上装有无源磁力接近开关。
有益效果:本实用新型通过信号传输及机械传动实现循环自动翻杯,降低劳动强度和成本,提高产品质量、生产效率和安全性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型所提供的机械翻杯装置,包括可编程控制器(简称PLC)及该控制器控制的电机2,PLC为现有的电气控制部件,故图中省略,电机2的动力输出轴通过输送带连接一个同步轮1,同步轮1上装有同步旋转的传动轴3,传动轴3的另一端装有随轴转动的联接头4,联接头4上装有向PLC传输信号的无源磁力接近开关5,联接头4的径向对称设置由PLC控制的阔型气爪6,阔型气爪6的外端通过支架7连接与杯壁配合的抓杯钳8,阔型气爪6张开和收紧的极限位置由无源磁力接近开关5的安装位置决定。
工作过程:压制好的玻璃杯旋转到固定的工位时,由无源磁力接近开关判断接收后,把信号传递给PLC,PLC控制电机工作,通过同步轮、传动轴的传动带动联接头同步转动,安装在联接头上的阔形气爪旋转,使玻璃杯正好位于传送带的上方,此时抓杯钳在PLC的控制下松开,玻璃杯被放置在传送带上移走,把产品输送到下一工序,然后PLC控制电机反转回到原位,等待下一次的循环动作。

1.一种机械翻杯装置,包括可编程控制器及该控制器控制的电机,其特征在于,所述电机的动力输出轴通过输送带连接一个同步轮,所述同步轮上装一同步旋转的传动轴,传动轴的另一端装有随轴转动的联接头,所述联接头的径向对称设置由所述可编程控制器控制的阔型气爪,所述阔型气爪上外端装有与杯壁配合的抓杯钳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械翻杯装置,其特征在于,所述联接头上装有无源磁力接近开关。
