Abstract

一种摩托车、电动车行进不间断充气装置,包括固定连接在轮毂侧壁中心的底座,底座的圆周侧壁上套有动密封接触配合的充气过渡圈,该充气过渡圈内部设有气室空间,底座内部则设有导气道,该导气道的入口连通气室空间,导气道的出口通过出气管连接轮胎的充气嘴;充气过渡圈的侧壁还设有进气通孔,该进气通孔的里端连通气室空间,外端通过进气嘴及进气管连接安装在车内的微型气泵,构成轮胎充气机构。本实用新型利用微型气泵连续充分供气,即使轮胎有破损漏气,不间断的供气也可以使轮胎保持一定胎压,足以使摩托车或电动车继续正常行进,避免因轮胎漏气而需要人力推车或等待救援的情况,使用很方便。

 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种用于摩托车、电动车的电动充气装置。 
背景技术:摩托车、电动车在行驶中轮胎可能会刺上尖锐物导致漏气,由于摩托车、电动车的车重较大,如果附近没有维修补胎商家,个人长距离推车非常吃力,特别是在崎岖不平或者坡度道路,几乎无法推行,必须等待维修救援人员到来,很不方便。 
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种可以随车连续对轮胎充气的摩托车、电动车行进不间断充气装置。 
本实用新型包括固定连接在轮毂侧壁中心的底座,底座的圆周侧壁上套有动密封接触配合的充气过渡圈,该充气过渡圈内部设有气室空间,底座内部则设有导气道,该导气道的入口连通气室空间,导气道的出口通过出气管连接轮胎的充气嘴;充气过渡圈的侧壁还设有进气通孔,该进气通孔的里端连通气室空间,外端通过进气嘴及进气管连接安装在车内的微型气泵,构成轮胎充气机构。 
本实用新型利用微型气泵连续充分供气,压力气体经过进气嘴、进气通孔、气室空间和导气道最后进入充气嘴对轮胎充气,即使轮胎有破损漏气,不间断的供气也可以使轮胎保持一定胎压,足以使摩托车或电动车继续正常行进,实现行进同时自动充气,避免因轮胎漏气而需要人力推车或等待救援的情况,使用很方便。 
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。

具体实施方式:如图1和图2所示,底座1固定连接在轮毂13侧壁中心,底座1的圆周侧壁上套有动密封接触配合的充气过渡圈2,该充气过渡圈2内部设有气室空间3,底座1内部则设有导气道4,该导气道4的入口连通气室空间3,导气道4的出口通过出气管5连接轮胎的充气嘴6。充气过渡圈2的侧壁还设有进气通孔7,该进气通孔7的里端连通气室空间3,外端通过进气嘴8及进气管9连接安装在车内的微型气泵10,构成轮胎充气机构。 
本实施例的充气过渡圈2的内周设有二条密封圈11和底座1的圆周侧壁动密封接触配合,该二条密封圈11之间的相距空间构成气室空间3,底座1的导气道4入口位于二条密封圈11之间的位置。 
在需要充气时,打开微型气泵10,摩托车或电动车的电瓶可以给微型气泵10供电。压力气体经过进气管9、进气嘴8、进气通孔7进入气室空间3,然后进入底座1内的导气道4,通过出气管5和充气嘴6充入轮胎,保持胎压。 
在实际中,如果行进中充气,为了避免进气管9被不停转动而加快断裂或脱落,可以在车子轮胎旁边的固定处转动连接有定位叉12,如图3所示,该定位叉12的自由叉端和充气过渡圈2的进气嘴8活动定位配合,构成充气状态固定机构。这样将定位叉12卡住进气嘴8或充气过渡圈2的其它突出部,充气过渡圈2即被固定无法转动,行进中底座1随轮毂13转动,由于充气过渡圈2和底座1的圆周侧壁动密封接触配合,气室空间3保持密封,不会影响正常充气。 
车子轮胎没有漏气无需充气时,可以将定位叉12转出脱离和进气嘴8的定位配合,进气管9和进气嘴8的连接也可脱开,这样充气过渡圈2随底座1同步转动,减少密封圈11的磨损。

1.一种摩托车、电动车行进不间断充气装置,包括固定连接在轮毂侧壁中心的底座,其特征为:底座(1)的圆周侧壁上套有动密封接触配合的充气过渡圈(2),该充气过渡圈(2)内部设有气室空间(3),底座(1)内部则设有导气道(4),该导气道(4)的入口连通气室空间(3),导气道(4)的出口通过出气管(5)连接轮胎的充气嘴(6);充气过渡圈(2)的侧壁还设有进气通孔(7),该进气通孔(7)的里端连通气室空间(3),外端通过进气嘴(8)及进气管(9)连接安装在车内的微型气泵(10),构成轮胎充气机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车、电动车行进不间断充气装置,其特征为:充气过渡圈(2)的内周设有二条密封圈(11)和底座(1)的圆周侧壁动密封接触配合,该二条密封圈(11)之间的相距空间构成气室空间(3),底座(1)的导气道(4)入口位于二条密封圈(11)之间的位置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车、电动车行进不间断充气装置,其特征为:在车子轮胎旁边的固定处还转动连接有定位叉(12),该定位叉(12)的自由叉端和充气过渡圈(2)的进气嘴(8)活动定位配合,构成充气状态固定机构。
