一种电动车、摩托车行进不间断充气装置,包括安装在车内的微型气泵,在轮毂中心固定轴的内部设有导气道,该导气道的入口通过进气管连接微型气泵,充气过渡圈动密封配合套接在轮毂中心固定轴的圆周侧壁上,该充气过渡圈的内部设有气室空间,导气道的出口连通气室空间,充气过渡圈的侧壁还设有连通气室空间的出气通孔并通过出气管连接轮胎的充气嘴,构成轮胎充气机构。本实用新型利用微型气泵连续充分供气,即使轮胎有破损漏气,不间断的供气也可以使轮胎保持一定胎压,足以使电动车继续正常行进,实现行进同时自动充气。并且,本实用新型的结构合理,仅需安装在轮毂中心固定轴上,不受轮毂形状尺寸的约束,应用范围广,改装修理方便。

 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种用于电动车、摩托车的电动充气装置。
背景技术:电动车、摩托车在行驶中轮胎可能会刺上尖锐物导致漏气,由于车重较大,如果附近没有维修补胎商家,个人长距离推车非常吃力,特别是在崎岖不平或者坡度道路,几乎无法推行,必须等待维修救援人员到来,很不方便。中国专利201320224555.5已经提供了一种不间断充气装置,使用效果较好,但是该装置的结构还不够合理,有些部件需要安装在轮毂上,受到轮毂形状尺寸的约束多,应用范围有限制,改装修理也不方便。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构合理,安装方便的电动车、摩托车行进不间断充气装置。
本实用新型包括安装在车内的微型气泵,在轮毂中心固定轴的内部设有导气道,该导气道的入口通过进气管连接微型气泵,充气过渡圈动密封配合套接在轮毂中心固定轴的圆周侧壁上,该充气过渡圈的内部设有气室空间,导气道的出口连通气室空间,充气过渡圈的侧壁还设有连通气室空间的出气通孔,该出气通孔通过出气管连接轮胎的充气嘴,构成轮胎充气机构。
或者,本实用新型的轮毂中心固定轴内部可以是实心,在轮毂中心固定轴上间隙套接有轴套,轴套的两端与轮毂中心固定轴外壁之间密封固定,内部的间隙形成导气道。
另外,本实用新型也可以在轮毂中心固定轴上连接有充气座,导气道设在充气座的内部。
本实用新型利用微型气泵连续充分供气,即使轮胎有破损漏气,不间断的供气也可以使轮胎保持一定胎压,足以使摩托车或电动车继续正常行进,实现行进同时自动充气。并且,本实用新型的结构合理,仅需安装在轮毂中心固定轴上,不受轮毂形状尺寸的约束,应用范围广,改装修理方便。

具体实施方式1:如图1所示,微型气泵7安装在车内,在轮毂中心固定轴1的内部设有导气道5,该导气道5的入口通过进气管6连接微型气泵7,充气过渡圈3动密封配合套接在轮毂中心固定轴1的圆周侧壁上,该充气过渡圈3的内部设有气室空间4,导气道5的出口连通气室空间4,充气过渡圈3的侧壁还设有连通气室空间4的出气通孔8,该出气通孔8通过出气管9连接轮胎的充气嘴10,构成轮胎充气机构。
本实施例的充气过渡圈3的内周设有二条密封圈13和充气座2的圆周侧壁动密封接触配合,该二条密封圈13之间的相距空间构成气室空间4,导气道5的出口位于二条密封圈13之间的位置。
在需要充气时,打开微型气泵7,电动车或摩托车的电瓶可以给微型气泵7供电。压力气体经过进气管6、导气道5进入气室空间4,然后通过出气通孔8、出气管9和充气嘴10充入轮胎,保持胎压。
在实际中,如果行进中充气,充气过渡圈3被出气管9拉动随轮胎旋转,由于充气过渡圈3和轮毂中心固定轴1的圆周侧壁动密封接触配合,气室空间4保持密封,不会影响正常充气。为了避免出气管9拉扯受力而加快断裂或脱落,也可以在轮毂上附加定位机构,行进时可以将充气过渡圈3和轮毂相对固定,无需出气管9拉扯受力。车子轮胎没有漏气无需充气时,充气过渡圈3也不必和轮毂相对固定,并可将出气管9和充气嘴10的连接脱开,这样充气过渡圈3在轮毂中心固定轴1上不动,减少密封圈13的磨损。
具体实施方式2:如图2所示,微型气泵7安装在车内,在轮毂中心固定轴1上间隙套接有轴套11,轴套11的两端与轮毂中心固定轴1外壁之间密封固定,内部的间隙形成导气道5,该导气道5通过进气管6连接微型气泵7。充气过渡圈3动密封配合套接在轴套11的圆周侧壁上,充气过渡圈3的内部设有气室空间4,轴套11侧壁上还设有小孔12连通导气道5和气室空间4,充气过渡圈3的侧壁则设有连通气室空间4的出气通孔8,该出气通孔8通过出气管9连接轮胎的充气嘴10,构成轮胎充气机构。
本实施例的结构和具体实施方式1基本类似,只是利用轴套11和轮毂中心固定轴1外壁之间的间隙形成导气道5,轮毂中心固定轴1可以是实心,并且充气工作过程也基本相同。
具体实施方式3:如图3所示,微型气泵7安装在车内,在轮毂中心固定轴1上连接有充气座2,充气过渡圈3动密封配合套接在充气座2的圆周侧壁上,充气过渡圈3的内部设有气室空间4,充气座2的内部则设有导气道5,该导气道5的入口通过进气管6连接微型气泵7,导气道5的出口连通气室空间4。充气过渡圈3的侧壁还设有连通气室空间4的出气通孔8,该出气通孔8通过出气管9连接轮胎的充气嘴10,构成轮胎充气机构。
本实施例的结构和具体实施方式1相比,导气道5设在充气座2的内部,其余构造是相似的,并且充气工作过程也基本相同。

1.一种电动车、摩托车行进不间断充气装置,包括安装在车内的微型气泵,其特征为:在轮毂中心固定轴(1)的内部设有导气道(5),该导气道(5)的入口通过进气管(6)连接微型气泵(7),充气过渡圈(3)动密封配合套接在轮毂中心固定轴(1)的圆周侧壁上,该充气过渡圈(3)的内部设有气室空间(4),导气道(5)的出口连通气室空间(4),充气过渡圈(3)的侧壁还设有连通气室空间(4)的出气通孔(8),该出气通孔(8)通过出气管(9)连接轮胎的充气嘴(10),构成轮胎充气机构。
2.一种电动车、摩托车行进不间断充气装置,包括安装在车内的微型气泵,其特征为:在轮毂中心固定轴(1)上间隙套接有轴套(11),轴套(11)的两端与轮毂中心固定轴(1)外壁之间密封固定,内部的间隙形成导气道(5),该导气道(5)通过进气管(6)连接微型气泵(7);充气过渡圈(3)动密封配合套接在轴套(11)的圆周侧壁上,充气过渡圈(3)的内部设有气室空间(4),轴套(11)侧壁上还设有小孔(12)连通导气道(5)和气室空间(4),充气过渡圈(3)的侧壁则设有连通气室空间(4)的出气通孔(8),该出气通孔(8)通过出气管(9)连接轮胎的充气嘴(10),构成轮胎充气机构。
3.一种电动车、摩托车行进不间断充气装置,包括安装在车内的微型气泵,其特征为:在轮毂中心固定轴(1)上连接有充气座(2),充气过渡圈(3)动密封配合套接在充气座(2)的圆周侧壁上,充气过渡圈(3)的内部设有气室空间(4),充气座(2)的内部则设有导气道(5),该导气道(5)的入口通过进气管(6)连接微型气泵(7),导气道(5)的出口连通气室空间(4);充气过渡圈(3)的侧壁还设有连通气室空间(4)的出气通孔(8),该出气通孔(8)通过出气管(9)连接轮胎的充气嘴(10),构成轮胎充气机构。
