Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of a jack, and in particular to an on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump. The jack comprises an air bag, an air pump, a supporting seat, a supporting cover plate, an air nozzle, a sealing rubber ring and an air pipe, wherein the air bag is an air bag with an opening only in the upper part, the side surface and the bottom face of the air bag form the entirety of a semi-closed rubber, the sealing rubber ring is provided at the opening at the upper end of the air bag, the supporting seat is placed at the top of the air bag, the air pump is fixedly installed in the supporting seat, the air pipe is connected with the air pump, the air nozzle is installed on the supporting seat, the supporting cover plate is provided on the supporting seat, an outlet is processed in the side surface of the supporting cover plate, and the air pipe extends out of the outlet of the supporting cover plate; when a vehicle needs to be jacked up, the air pipe is connected to the air nozzle, the air pump is powered on, and the air pump of the jack itself is used to inflate the air bag; when a tire is reinflated, the air pipe is directly connected to the air nozzle of the tire, and the air pump is used to inflate the tire; when the pneumatic jack is not used, the air bag can be compressed to be placed in the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle without taking up space inside the vehicle.

ON-BOARD PNEUMATIC JACK WITH AIR PUMP
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of a jack, and in particular to an on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump.
Related Art
The existing on-board jacks and manual jacks are more common. The manual jacks often use a hand-cranking form. The power of the manual jacks uses a hydraulic form or a mechanical structure. The human jack has shortcomings such as being time-consuming and laborious, men will be tired and sweat to lift the vehicle in the use of the jack, and it is more difficult for women to use. The on-board jack is an inflated jack making use of vehicle exhaust. This jack is heavier itself, very large, and inconvenient to carry, inflates the air bag making use of vehicle exhaust. The temperature of vehicle exhaust is very high when collecting exhaust, and vehicle exhaust is a type of harmful gas that can cause harm to the body of the user and is very dirty after use.
Summary
In view of the deficiencies of the prior art, the object of the present invention is to provide an on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
An on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump, comprising an air bag, an air pump, a supporting seat, a supporting cover plate, an air nozzle, a sealing rubber ring and an air pipe, wherein the air bag is an air bag with an opening only in the upper part, the side surface and the bottom face of the air bag form the entirety of a semi-closed rubber, the sealing rubber ring is provided at the opening at the upper end of the air bag, the supporting seat is placed at the top of the air bag, the air bag is located under the supporting seat, and the bottom of the air bag is in direct contact with the ground when in use; the air pump is fixedly installed in the supporting seat, the air pump uses a 12V power supply of an on-board cigarette lighter, the air pipe is connected to the air pump, an through hole is processed in the supporting seat, the air nozzle is installed in the through hole, the supporting cover plate is provided on the supporting seat, the air pump is located in the supporting seat and the supporting cover plate, an outlet is processed in the side surface of the supporting cover plate, and the air pipe extends out of the outlet of the supporting cover plate; the air bag is of an axially collapsible structure and adopts an annular segmented structure, each segment of the air bag is bulged circularly after being inflated, the compressed air bag has an external dimension equivalent to the inner diameter of the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle and may be placed in the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle; a ring of grooves are provided at the side of the supporting seat, the outer ring at the top of the air bag is inserted into the supporting seat groove along with the sealing rubber ring, a load-bearing and burden pressure sealing form is used, and the sealing rubber ring seals the air bag and the supporting seat in a certain load-bearing state.
Preferably, there are 2 to 5 segments of the air bag.
Preferably, an air pressure gauge is provided on the supporting seat.
Due to the adoption of the above scheme, according to the present invention, when a vehicle needs to be jacked up, the air pipe is connected to the air nozzle, the air pump is powered on, and the air pump of the jack itself is used to inflate the air bag; when a tire is reinflated, the air pipe is directly connected to the air nozzle of the tire, and the air pump is used to inflate the tire; when the pneumatic jack is not used, the air bag can be compressed to be placed in the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle without taking up space inside the vehicle.

Description of Embodiments
The embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention may be implemented in many different ways defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, an on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump provided by the embodiment comprises an air bag 1, an air pump 2, a supporting seat 5, a supporting cover plate 3, an air nozzle 8, a sealing rubber ring 6 and an air pipe 4, wherein the air bag 1 is an air bag with an opening only in the upper part, the side surface and the bottom face of the air bag form the entirety of a semi-closed rubber, the side surface of the air bag 1 is telescopic with the air pressure in the air bag, the sealing rubber ring 6 is provided at the opening at the upper end of the air bag 1, the supporting seat 5 is placed at the top of the air bag, the air pump 2 is fixedly installed in the supporting seat 5, the air pump 2 uses a 12V power supply of an on-board cigarette lighter, the air pipe 4 is connected to the air pump 2, an through hole 10 is processed in the supporting seat, the air nozzle 8 is installed in the through hole 10, an air pressure gauge 7 is provided on the supporting seat of the air bag; the supporting cover plate 3 is provided on the supporting seat 5, an outlet is processed in the side surface of the supporting cover plate, and the air pipe 4 extends out of the outlet of the supporting cover plate; the air bag is of an axially collapsible structure and adopts an annular segmented structure, each segment of the air bag is bulged circularly after being inflated, a ring of grooves 9 are provided at the side of the supporting seat 5, the outer ring at the top of the air bag is inserted into the supporting seat groove 9 along with the sealing rubber ring 6, a load-bearing and burden pressure sealing form is used, and the sealing rubber ring seals the air bag and the supporting seat in a certain load-bearing state.
As a result, when a tire needs to be replaced or a vehicle needs to be jacked up, the pneumatic jack is placed under the vehicle, the air pipe 4 of the pneumatic jack is connected to the air nozzle 8 on the supporting seat 5, the air pump 2 is powered on, the air pump 2 of the jack itself is used to inflate the air bag 1, the air bag is inflated after being filled with air so as to jack up the vehicle after reaching a certain pressure and then power off; when a tire needs to be reinflated, the air pipe 4 is directly connected to the air nozzle of the tire, the air pump is powered on, and the air pump is used to inflate the tire; when the pneumatic jack is not used, the air bag can be compressed, the compressed pneumatic jack is just placed in the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle without taking up available space of the vehicle.
In order to make the number of segments reasonable, there are 2 to 5 segments of the air bag in the present embodiment.
In order to facilitate the detection of air pressure, an air pressure gauge is provided on the supporting seat in the present embodiment.

An on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump, comprising an air bag, an air pump, a supporting seat, a supporting cover plate, an air nozzle, a sealing rubber ring and an air pipe, wherein the air bag is an air bag with an opening only in the upper part, the side surface and the bottom face of the air bag form the entirety of a semi-closed rubber, the sealing rubber ring is provided at the opening at the upper end of the air bag, the supporting seat is placed at the top of the air bag, the air bag is located under the supporting seat, and the bottom of the air bag is in direct contact with the ground when in use; the air pump is fixedly installed in the supporting seat, the air pump uses a 12V power supply of an on-board cigarette lighter, the air pipe is connected to the air pump, an through hole is processed in the supporting seat, the air nozzle is installed in the through hole, the supporting cover plate is provided on the supporting seat, the air pump is located in the supporting seat and the supporting cover plate, an outlet is processed in the side surface of the supporting cover plate, and the air pipe extends out of the outlet of the supporting cover plate; the air bag is of an axially collapsible structure and adopts an annular segmented structure, each segment of the air bag is bulged circularly after being inflated, the compressed air bag has an external dimension equivalent to the inner diameter of the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle and may be placed in the rim of the spare tire of the vehicle; a ring of grooves are provided at the side of the supporting seat, the outer ring at the top of the air bag is inserted into the supporting seat groove along with the sealing rubber ring, a load-bearing and burden pressure sealing form is used, and the sealing rubber ring seals the air bag and the supporting seat in a certain load-bearing state.
2. The on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump according to claim 1, wherein there are 2 to 5 segments of the air bag.
3. The on-board pneumatic jack with an air pump according to claim 1, wherein an air pressure gauge is provided on the supporting seat.
