Abstract
一种泡膜及其成型装置,包括上表面开设有多个凹槽的模具、抽真空装置、用于连通所述凹槽与所述抽真空装置的抽气通道,所述的凹槽包括槽壁和槽底,所述的抽气通道与所述的槽底相连通,所述的槽壁和所述的槽底的连接面为光滑弧形面。本实用新型制成的泡膜气室不存在圆柱尖角,气室各处膜的厚度均匀;由于凹槽的槽壁和槽底之间采用光滑弧形面进行连接,因此抽真空时,覆盖于模具上的高温软膜在空气压力的作用下,被压入凹槽内,并与凹槽的各部分充分接触,使得气室各处膜的厚度均匀,避免了圆柱尖角的出现。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种泡膜及其成型装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的泡膜成型装置,如图1所示,包括上表面开设有多个凹槽的模具、抽真空装置和开设于模具底部的多个抽气通道,凹槽由槽壁和槽底组成,抽气通道与槽底相连通,槽壁和槽底的连接面为直角面,采用该种装置制成的泡膜的圆柱尖角处非常薄弱,容易断裂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种没有圆柱尖角的泡膜。
本实用新型要解决的另一技术问题是提供一种制成的泡膜各处厚度均匀的成型装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的一种技术方案是:一种泡膜,包括连接部、自所述的连接部向下延伸形成的气室,所述的气室包括气室侧壁和气室底面,所述的气室侧壁和所述的气室底面的过渡面为弧形。
优选地,所述的气室底面呈球形面。
一种用于制备所述的泡膜的成型装置,包括上表面开设有多个凹槽的模具、抽真空装置、用于连通所述凹槽与所述抽真空装置的抽气通道,所述的凹槽包括槽壁和槽底,所述的抽气通道与所述的槽底相连通,所述的槽壁和所述的槽底的连接面为光滑弧形面。
优选地,所述的槽底的表面为球形面。
本实用新型的范围,并不限于上述技术特征的特定组合而成的技术方案,同时也应涵盖由上述技术特征或其等同特征进行任意组合而形成的其它技术方案。例如上述特征与本申请中公开的(但不限于)具有类似功能的技术特征进行互相替换而形成的技术方案等。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本实用新型制成的泡膜气室不存在圆柱尖角,气室各处膜的厚度均匀;由于凹槽的槽壁和槽底之间采用光滑弧形面进行连接,因此抽真空时,覆盖于模具上的高温软膜在空气压力的作用下,被压入凹槽内,并与凹槽的各部分充分接触,使得气室各处膜的厚度均匀,避免了圆柱尖角的出现。

具体实施方式
如附图4和附图5所示,一种泡膜,包括连接部4、自连接部4向下延伸形成的气室5,气室5包括气室侧壁51和气室底面52,气室侧壁51和气室底面52的过渡面53为弧形。气室底面52呈球形面。
如附图2和附图3所示,一种成型装置,包括上表面开设有多个凹槽1的模具2、抽真空装置、用于连通凹槽1与抽真空装置的抽气通道3,凹槽1包括槽壁11和槽底12,抽气通道3与槽底12相连通,槽壁11和槽底12的连接面13为光滑弧形面;成型时,将高温软膜覆盖在模具2上,打开抽真空装置,在高温软膜上方的空气的压力作用下,凹槽1上方的高温软膜被压入凹槽1内,由于槽壁11和槽底12的连接面13为光滑弧形面,因此,制成的泡膜的气室5的过渡面53也为弧形面,没有圆柱尖角。
优选地,当槽底12的表面为球形面时,气室底面52也呈球形面,此时制成的泡膜的气室5的厚度均匀。

Claims (4)
1. 一种泡膜,包括连接部(4)、自所述的连接部(4)向下延伸形成的气室(5),所述的气室(5)包括气室侧壁(51)和气室底面(52),其特征在于:所述的气室侧壁(51)和所述的气室底面(52)的过渡面(53)为弧形。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡膜,其特征在于:所述的气室底面(52)呈球形面。
3. 一种用于制备权利要求1和2所述的泡膜的成型装置,包括上表面开设有多个凹槽(1)的模具(2)、抽真空装置、用于连通所述凹槽(1)与所述抽真空装置的抽气通道(3),所述的凹槽(1)包括槽壁(11)和槽底(12),所述的抽气通道(3)与所述的槽底(12)相连通,其特征在于:所述的槽壁(11)和所述的槽底(12)的连接面(13)为光滑弧形面。
4. 根据权利要求3所述的泡膜成型装置,其特征在于:所述的槽底(12)的表面为球形面。
