背景技术:
热矿振动筛是烧结行业的重要设备之一,其筛分效率影响烧结生产线的效率,该振动筛出现故障率高,其原因是筛板固定结构不合理,现有结构为两种方式:一是采用螺栓压紧结构,二是楔形插杆顶紧结构,由于筛板的工作环境为800℃以上的物料,导致螺栓伸长,筛板松动,楔形插杆刚度下降,弯曲变形使筛板发生松动而筛机不能正常工作。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种筛板不易松动的一种热矿筛筛板固定结构。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案是,一种热矿筛筛板固定结构,包括筛板、楔插拉杆,其特征在于:销轴穿于筛板支撑脚孔、支撑梁孔、导向斜块长孔和楔插拉杆端部的长口中,上述销轴的上端为大直径的台阶柱体,此销轴的下端的周面上设有两个前后相对的槽与楔插拉杆端部的长口相配,沉头螺钉穿于支撑梁沉孔和导向斜块孔中将导向斜块固定在支撑梁上,上述楔插拉杆的另一端穿于筛框的右侧板长孔中,蝶形弹簧和开槽螺帽依次套设在上述楔插拉杆右端的螺纹上,开口销插入开槽螺帽的槽中。
本实用新型与现有技术比较具有筛板不容易松动的优点。

具体实施方式: 
结合上述附图对本实用新型作详细说明,针对原有楔形插杆顶紧结构的缺陷,本实用新型仍采用楔形插杆结构,但变为拉紧结构来解决变形筛板发生松动的缺陷,其具体结构是,上端为大直径台阶柱体的销轴3穿于筛板压块2孔、筛板4支撑脚孔、鞍形压板11孔、支撑梁12孔、导向斜块1长孔和楔插拉杆端部的长口中,上述销轴下端的周面上设有两个前后相对的槽与楔插拉杆5端部的长口相配,沉头螺钉穿于支撑梁上方的垫板沉孔和支撑梁孔及导向斜块孔中将导向斜块固定在支撑梁上。上述楔插拉杆的另一端穿于筛框6的右侧板长孔中,鞍形压板10、蝶形弹簧7和开槽螺帽9依次套设在上述楔形插拉杆右端的螺纹上,开口销8插入开槽螺帽的槽中,防止其松动。
本实用新型的工作原理是,通过旋紧或松开槽螺帽使楔插拉杆左、右移动,通过导向斜块使楔插拉杆向上或向下移动,此楔插拉杆的前后侧槽与销轴体形成上、下月牙形端面带动销轴上移(使筛板松开)或下移(使筛板固紧)。
