本实用新型专利属于阀门制造技术领域，涉及一种用于矿山旋流器高磨损复杂工况下用的阀门。具体涉及一种能长期使用在矿山干粉尘等高磨损工况下用的矿山耐磨旋流器专用阀。
背景技术
矿山等复杂场所要将不同粒度的颗粒进行分离，矿石块被磨机破碎后成为细小的颗粒，经过渣浆泵输送，到达旋流器前的阀门，该阀门必须具有长寿命，易更换维修等特点。启闭的过程是最苛刻的时刻，这时的磨损最严重。一般来说，现在矿山，电厂等有粉尘的管道一般都使用的是刀型闸阀。但是，由于刀型闸阀本身的缺陷，导致阀门不能耐磨，寿命很短。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种旋流器专用阀。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：旋流器专用阀，包括阀体、闸板，阀体内设有通道，所述通道中间设置有闸板，所述阀体上与闸板配合处设置有通道中间衬，所述通道内设有通道圈。
所述通道中间衬的形状为U形，其材质为聚氨酯。
所述通道圈的一侧端设置有环形台阶，其材料为工程陶瓷。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型的这种旋流器专用阀耐磨，密封性好，使用寿命长，便于维修。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4所示，旋流器专用阀，包括阀体1、闸板5，阀体1内设有通道，所述通道中间设置有闸板5，所述阀体1上与闸板5配合处设置有通道中间衬2，所述通道内设有通道圈3(4)。所述通道中间衬2的形状为U型，其材质为聚氨酯。所述通道圈3(4)的一侧端设置有环形台阶，其材料为工程陶瓷。通道圈3(4)采用耐磨的工程陶瓷，硬度HRC65以上，经过精密磨削加工，使其能适合阀门的通道形状和内腔形状，方便安装。通道中间衬2采用U型聚氨酯材料，能和闸板5紧密贴合进行密封。通道圈3(4)从通道两侧装入。通道圈3(4)和通道中间衬2紧密贴合，隔绝了介质和金属的接触，杜绝了磨损地发生。本发明旋流器专用阀能有效地提高阀门的耐磨特性和密封性能，延长使用寿命。可广泛地使用在矿山一级，二级及其他矿料分离的复杂工况中。

2.根据权利要求1所述的旋流器专用阀，其特征在于：所述通道中间衬(2)的形状为U型，其材质为聚氨酯。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋流器专用阀，其特征在于：所述通道圈(3、4)的一侧端设置有环形台阶，其材料为工程陶瓷。
