本实用新型提供一种具射频标签的电子元件及电路板,所述电路板包括板体,所述板体上集成所述电子元件,所述电子元件上封装一射频标签,所述射频标签内存储该具射频标签的电路板的身份识别信息,本实用新型将射频标签封装于电子元件上有效地节省了该具射频标签的电路板的布线空间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子元件及电路板,尤其涉及一种具射频标签的电子元件及电路板。
背景技术
电路板在制造过程中需要对其进行追踪,以管控电路板的生产日期、型号等信息。现有的追踪方式大多是在电路板的板体表面上设置条码或普通可识别的纸,然而上述方式均会占用电路板有限的布线空间,且设置条码或普通可识别的纸不利于电路板的清洗、耐高温、耐腐蚀等需求。
实用新型内容
鉴于以上情况,有必要提供一种可节省布线空间的具射频标签的电路板。
另,该有必要提供一种具有射频标签的电子元件。
一种具射频标签的电路板,其包括板体,所述板体上集成若干电子元件,所述至少一电子元件上封装一射频标签,所述射频标签内存储该具射频标签的电路板的身份识别信息。
优选地,所述若干电子元件包括电容,所述射频标签封装于电容上。
优选地,所述电容包括外壳,所述外壳包括周壁,所述射频标签粘贴或镶嵌于该周壁上。
优选地,所述若干电子元件包括电感,所述射频标签封装于电感上。
优选地,所述电容包括壳体,所述壳体包括顶壁,所述射频标签粘贴或镶嵌于该顶壁上。
优选地,所述射频标签为无源器件。
优选地,所述射频标签包括芯片及与芯片电性连接的感应线圈,所述感应线圈用于感应该具射频标签的电路板中的交变电流产生的磁场,进而产生电流以驱动芯片,所述具射频标签的电路板的身份识别信息存储于该芯片内。
一种具射频标签的电路板,其包括板体、若干电子元件及一射频标签,所述若干电子元件集成于板体上,所述射频标签封装于至少一个电子元件上。
优选地,所述若干电子元件包括电容或电感,所述射频标签封装于电容或电感上。
一种电子元件,其上封装一射频标签,所述射频标签包括芯片及与芯片电性连接的感应线圈,所述芯片及与感应线圈均设置于电子元件上。
上述的具射频标签的电路板将射频标签封装于电子元件上,使得电子元件不仅具有元器件本身的功能,还可以实现无线射频技术的功能。同时该射频标签封装于电子元件上有效地节省了该具射频标签的电路板的布线空间。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本实用新型。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,本实用新型的较佳实施方式提供一种具射频标签的电路板100。该具射频标签的电路板100包括一板体10、若干电子元件及至少一射频标签70。在本实施例中,上述若干电子元件包括一电容30及一电感50。
该板体10用于承载所述若干电子元件,在本实施例中,该电容30及电感50均集成于板体10的同一侧。该板体10上进一步布设若干导线(图未示),以容许交变电流或直流电通过所述若干导线流入电容30或电感50。
请参阅图2,该电容30包括一外壳32,其可由金属或塑料制成。在本实施例中,该外壳32为一圆柱体,其包括一周壁34。
请参阅图3,该电感50包括一壳体52,其可由金属或塑料制成。在本实施例中,该壳体52为一正方体,其包括一顶壁54。
在本实施例中,该射频标签70为一无源器件,其适用于125kHz,133kHz,13.56MHz,27.12MHz,433MHz,902~928MHz,2.45GHz或5.8GHz等频段。该射频标签70包括一芯片72及与芯片72电性连接的一感应线圈74。该感应线圈74用于感应该具射频标签的电路板100中交变电流产生的磁场,进而产生微弱的电流以驱动芯片72。如此,该射频标签70无需外部电源供电。该芯片72内预先存储该具射频标签的电路板100的身份识别信息(ID),如包括生产日期、型号、返厂维修日期等信息。该射频标签70进一步通过感应线圈74与外部的读写器(图未示)通信,以便读写器读取上述身份识别信息,以管控该具射频标签的电路板100。
该射频标签70可设置于所述若干电子元件上,如设置在电容30或电感50上。当射频标签70需要设置于电容30上时,可以将射频标签70通过粘贴、镶嵌等方式封装于电容30的周壁34上。当射频标签70需要设置于电感50上时,可以将射频标签70通过粘贴、镶嵌等方式封装于电感50的顶壁54上。由于该射频标签70为无源器件,其不会受到电容30、电感50等电子元件的干扰。
由于本实用新型的射频标签70设置于电子元件上,其至少具有如下优点:第一,将射频标签70封装在电子元件上,不会占用板体10的布线空间,不会增大该具射频标签的电路板100的体积;第二,将射频标签70封装在电子元件上,不会影响板体10上既定的布线原则,无需改变该具射频标签的电路板100的制造流程;第三,将射频标签70封装在电子元件上,有利于该具射频标签的电路板100的清洗、耐高温、耐腐蚀等需求;第四,将射频标签70封装在电子元件上,便于批量制作,节省成本。
该具射频标签的电路板100在制造过程中,可以利用读写器读取射频标签70内存储的身份识别信息,并将该身份识别信息传送至一终端设备(如电脑)。如此,管理员可以实时管控追踪该具射频标签的电路板100。
可以理解,本实用新型所述的电子元件不局限于包括电容30及电感50,也可为其它器件,如连接器。
本实用新型的具射频标签的电路板100将射频标签70封装于电子元件上,使得电子元件不仅具有元器件本身的功能,还可以实现无线射频技术的功能。同时该射频标签70封装于电子元件上有效地节省了该具射频标签的电路板100的布线空间。
Claims (10)
1.一种具射频标签的电路板,其包括板体,其特征在于:所述板体上集成若干电子元件,所述至少一电子元件上封装一射频标签,所述射频标签内存储该具射频标签的电路板的身份识别信息。
2.如权利要求1所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述若干电子元件包括电容,所述射频标签封装于电容上。
3.如权利要求2所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述电容包括外壳,所述外壳包括周壁,所述射频标签粘贴或镶嵌于该周壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述若干电子元件包括电感,所述射频标签封装于电感上。
5.如权利要求4所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述电容包括壳体,所述壳体包括顶壁,所述射频标签粘贴或镶嵌于该顶壁上。
6.如权利要求1所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述射频标签为无源器件。
7.如权利要求6所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述射频标签包括芯片及与芯片电性连接的感应线圈,所述感应线圈用于感应该具射频标签的电路板中的交变电流产生的磁场,进而产生电流以驱动芯片,所述具射频标签的电路板的身份识别信息存储于该芯片内。
8.一种具射频标签的电路板,其包括板体,其特征在于:所述具射频标签的电路板还包括若干电子元件及一射频标签,所述若干电子元件集成于板体上,所述射频标签封装于至少一个电子元件上。
9.如权利要求8所述的具射频标签的电路板,其特征在于:所述若干电子元件包括电容或电感,所述射频标签封装于电容或电感上。
10.一种电子元件,其特征在于:所述电子元件上封装一射频标签,所述射频标签包括芯片及与芯片电性连接的感应线圈,所述芯片及与感应线圈均设置于电子元件上。
