本实用新型涉及袋装水泥装车机,尤其是一种袋装水泥装车机的水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构。
背景技术
袋装水泥装车机的水平输送机由减速机驱动在框架中可以整体前后移动,在移动中需要保持水平状态。目前,袋装水泥装车机对于水平输送机前后移动的导向压紧没有专用的机构。通常是在水平输送机两侧安装专用机床导轨,在框架上安装压块,用来实现水平输送机前后移动过程中的导向和夹紧功能。采用这种方法,导轨和压块的生产安装精度和制造成本很高,日常使用维护复杂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决背景技术所述问题,而提供一种水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构,既可以使水平输送机前后移动时始终保持水平状态,又可以大幅度降低导向压紧机构的生产成本。
本实用新型解决所述问题采用的技术方案是:
一种水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构,包括:安装在水平输送机机架上的上、下导轨,用于支撑水平输送机机架的框架,所述框架内安装有多个对应所述上、下导轨的压轮组,两个自由滚动的压轮构成一个压轮组,所述压轮组通过其压轮组框架铰接在压轮组轴上,两个压轮以压轮组轴为圆心自由摆动,每个压轮的外表面均带有弧形凹槽,所述上、下导轨具有与所述弧形凹槽匹配的使导轨被所述压轮压住的弧形轨面。
进一步地,所述上、下导轨是焊接在水平输送机机架侧板上的上、下钢管或弧形钢板。
进一步地,所述压轮组轴两端通过调节水平输送机预压紧力的丝杠安装在所述框架上。
采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,与现有技术相比,水平输送机前后移动过程中,采用多组自动调心的压轮组同时压住水平输送机,保证了水平输送机在前后移动中保持水平状态,防止出现翻转;同时,水平输送机的上、下导轨一直在压轮的弧形凹槽内移动,起到了导向的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,目的仅在于更好地理解本实用新型内容。
参见附图,袋装水泥装车机的水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构,涉及安装在水平输送机机架1上的两根上导轨2和两根下导轨3,本实施例所述上导轨2和下导轨3是焊接在水平输送机机架侧板10上的上、下钢管或弧形钢板;对应所述上导轨2和下导轨3,在用于支撑水平输送机机架1的框架5内,共安装有上、下各四个压轮组4,上方四个压轮组4用于下压上导轨2,下方四个压轮组4用于顶压下导轨3,每个压轮组4有两个压轮12,每个压轮12的外表面均带有与上导轨2和下导轨3的弧形轨面匹配的弧形凹槽。两个压轮12的压轮轴15铰接在压轮组框架13上,压轮组框架13铰接在压轮组轴14上,两个压轮轴15与压轮组轴14呈三角形布置,压轮12可绕压轮轴15自由转动,压轮组4通过压轮组框架13可整体绕压轮组轴14自由转动。
本实施例中,所述的压轮组轴14两端通过调节水平输送机预压紧力的丝杠11安装在所述框架5上。通过调节对水平输送机的预压紧力,可使压轮12与导轨既不相互脱离,也不能发生塑性变形。
水平输送机的前后移动是由减速机6带动驱动轴9上的驱动链轮7,再由安装在驱动轴9上的传动齿轮8,通过齿轮齿条机构实现的。在水平输送机前后移动过程中,两根上导轨2和两根下导轨3一直在压轮12的弧形凹槽内移动,压轮12对输送机移动起到导向作用,如用作导轨的钢管或弧形钢板发生小幅度变形,则压轮组4可自动以压轮组轴14发生轴动,实现自动调心功能。当水平输送机向前移动到极限位置时,由于悬出部分的重力作用,水平输送机会逆时针翻转,框架5后端上部压轮组4压力增加,使得输送机保持平衡;同理,当水平输送机向后移动到极限位置时,由于悬出部分的重力作用,水平输送机会顺时针翻转,框架5前端上部压轮组4压力增加,使得输送机保持平衡。

1.一种水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构,包括:安装在水平输送机机架上的上、下导轨,用于支撑水平输送机机架的框架,其特征在于,所述框架内安装有多个对应所述上、下导轨的压轮组,两个自由滚动的压轮构成一个压轮组,所述压轮组通过其压轮组框架铰接在压轮组轴上,两个压轮以压轮组轴为圆心自由摆动,每个压轮的外表面均带有弧形凹槽,所述上、下导轨具有与所述弧形凹槽匹配的使导轨被所述压轮压住的弧形轨面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构,其特征在于,所述上、下导轨是焊接在水平输送机机架侧板上的上、下钢管或弧形钢板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水平输送机自动调心导向压紧机构,其特征在于,所述压轮组轴两端通过调节水平输送机预压紧力的丝杠安装在所述框架上。
