本实用新型涉及航空航天技术，具体涉及一种为民用航空发动机配套的耐高温、高抗拉、超柔、轻型屏蔽控制电缆。
背景技术
随着我国电子技术的高速发展，其对配套的电线电缆要求也越来越高，现有的电线电缆的品种已无法完全满足配套的需要，其对电缆产品的高耐磨、柔软、抗霉菌、阻燃、抗紫外线及传输质量稳定等提出了更高的要求。为发射系统电子设备配套的部件对使用提出了高的要求，目前国内外尚无相关电缆能够满足其特殊要求，耐高温、高抗拉、超柔、轻型屏蔽控制电缆是针对其特殊要求采用新型的材料而设计的全新结构的特种控制电缆产品，其不仅能满足民用航空发动机配套要求，也能满足其他高新装备的电气设备和系统电子设备的配套。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种耐高温、高抗拉、超柔、轻型屏蔽控制电缆。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
轻型屏蔽控制电缆，其特征在于：包括有多根绝缘线，绝缘线包括有导体和包裹在导体外侧的绝缘层，各绝缘线与填充物进行绞合后外侧从内到外依次包裹有第一绕包层、屏蔽层、第二绕包层、护套，所述的屏蔽层采用镀锡铜线编织，编织密度不小于90%，护套采用无碱玻璃丝编织并涂覆聚四氟乙烯乳液。

如图1所示，轻型屏蔽控制电缆，包括有多根绝缘线，绝缘线包括有导体1和包裹在导体1外侧的绝缘层2，各绝缘线与填充物3进行绞合后外侧从内到外依次包裹有第一绕包层4、屏蔽层5、第二绕包层6、护套7，屏蔽层5采用镀锡铜线编织，编织密度不小于90%，护套7采用无碱玻璃丝编织并涂覆聚四氟乙烯乳液。
绝缘线可由绝缘对绞线替代。
导体1采用镀锡软铜线。
绝缘层2采用FEP。
填充物3采用非吸湿性材料。
第一绕包层4、第二绕包层6均采用聚四氟乙烯薄膜。

1.轻型屏蔽控制电缆，其特征在于：包括有多根绝缘线，绝缘线包括有导体和包裹在导体外侧的绝缘层，各绝缘线与填充物进行绞合后外侧从内到外依次包裹有第一绕包层、屏蔽层、第二绕包层、护套，所述的屏蔽层采用镀锡铜线编织，编织密度不小于90%，护套采用无碱玻璃丝编织并涂覆聚四氟乙烯乳液。
