本实用新型弯爪型减振盘,具有减振盘主体,所述减振盘主体的边沿至少均布有3个向内折弯的弯爪,各弯爪上均开有一铆钉孔;本实用新型结构简单,与其他零件装配后从动盘总成增大扭转角度,解决了传统离合器从动盘总成减振系统无法满足抑制与调节小排量小缸数发动机减振降噪问题,适用于不同车型和发动机,从根本上优化了整车匹配的效果,零件加工装配方便,传统工艺即可完成。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车零部件,尤其是一种适用于离合器从动盘总成减振器结构的弯爪型减振盘。
背景技术
目前,在汽车行业中由于二氧化碳排放限制,更多汽车厂商选择减小每缸的排量,减少发动机缸数,而又要求具有较大扭矩和良好舒适性能,而小排量发动机相比大排量发动机其噪音和振动增大,舒适性能下降,双质量飞轮虽具有良好的减振降噪性能,受边界条件(空间、刚度、会传动系统)限制和价格影响,无法在小排量发动机上应用,从而使大转角减振器得以广泛应用。传统离合器减振器总成是由从动盘、减振盘、减振弹簧、盘毂、连接铆钉、阻尼片、碟簧组成(参见图一),减振盘原设计为整圆,通常设计有四或N个双头铆钉孔,用连接铆钉与从动盘和盘毂铆接,起减振作用,受空间影响,盘毂扭转角度只能达到±12度。扭转角度小影响减振降噪效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是对以上缺点进行改进,提供一种结构简单的弯爪型减振盘,本实用新型用弯爪的结构代替传统双头铆钉扭转限位,与盘毂配合装配后使总成扭转角度增大,有效缓解汽车怠速颤抖及噪音。
本实用新型的具体方案是:弯爪型减振盘,具有减振盘主体,其特征在于:所述减振盘主体的边沿至少均布有3个向内折弯的弯爪,各弯爪上均开有一铆钉孔。 
本实用新型结构简单,离合从动盘总成增大扭转角度,解决了传统离合器从动盘总成减振系统无法满足抑制与调节小排量小缸数发动机减振降噪问题,适用于不同车型和发动机,从根本上优化了整车匹配的效果,零件加工装配方便,传统工艺即可完成。

具体实施方式
参见图2-5,本实用新型弯爪型减振盘,具有减振盘主体1,所述减振盘主体1的边沿至少均布有3个向内折弯的弯爪2,各弯爪上均开有一铆钉孔3;新减振器总成是由从动盘4、减振盘主体1、减振弹簧5、盘毂6、连接铆钉7、阻尼片8、碟簧9组成,减振盘主体1通过连接铆钉7与从动盘4连接,总成工作时通过减振盘主体1上的弯爪2与盘毂6限位,使盘毂6的扭转角度增大到±20度。从而起到减振降噪效果。
