发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型尾门铰链总成，它能有效减小车门铰链在长时间使用后的偏移量，大大延长尾门铰链总成及车门附件的使用寿命。 
本实用新型是这样实现的，新型尾门铰链总成，包括尾门铰链固定座、尾门铰链摆动臂，所述的尾门铰链固定座与尾门铰链摆动臂通过尾门铰链连接轴铆接固定，所述的尾门铰链连接轴外设置有尾门铰链复合衬套，其特征在于：所述的尾门铰链摆动臂上焊接有尾门铰链加强套，所述的尾门铰链固定座底面穿有尾门铰链压装螺钉，所述的尾门铰链压装螺钉上设置有尾门铰链垫片。 
本实用新型结构简单、安全性好，大大提高了尾门铰链总成的强度和汽车的使用寿命。

    具体实施时，尾门铰链摆动臂2与尾门铰链加强套5通过氩焊焊接而成，从而提高尾门总铰链的强度，尾门铰链压装螺钉6压入尾门铰链固定座1中，并装上尾门铰链垫片7，尾门铰链固定座1上的尾门铰链压装螺钉6插入车身安装孔内，用螺母紧固，即可与车身固定连接，尾门铰链摆动臂2与车门用螺栓连接，即可实现车门的开关。

1.新型尾门铰链总成，包括尾门铰链固定座（1）、尾门铰链摆动臂（2），所述的尾门铰链固定座（1）与尾门铰链摆动臂（2）通过尾门铰链连接轴（3）铆接固定，所述的尾门铰链连接轴（3）外设置有尾门铰链复合衬套（4），其特征在于：所述的尾门铰链摆动臂（2）上焊接有尾门铰链加强套（5），所述的尾门铰链固定座（1）底面穿有尾门铰链压装螺钉（6），所述的尾门铰链压装螺钉（6）上设置有尾门铰链垫片（7）。
