Abstract

一种含油废水多级回收装置，包括与待分离含油废水相连通的安装有亲油疏水滤芯的一级过滤器，且一级过滤器的悬浮物出口与排泥池相连通，一级过滤器的出液口与安装有亲水疏油滤芯的二级过滤器的入口相连通，二级过滤器的出油口与储油罐相连，另一出口与水池相连。本实用新型分离速度快，表面水力负荷可达10m3/m2.h；过滤阻力小、节能：运行时的压力约为0.1MPa-0.4MPa；分离精度高，出水含油最低<15ppm。不需添加药剂分离水中的乳化油，分离出来的油品好，含水量小，一步回收；不必设反冲水池和反冲泵，同时不必停机；工艺流程简单，占地小，操作简单，维护方便，运行可靠。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种能源、煤化工、石油化工、湿法冶金等行业含油废水多级回收装置。 
背景技术
在能源、煤化工、石油化工等行业如油页岩、石油、天然气和煤都是可燃有机物，有着重要的经济价值。自90年代以来，随着世界能源消费量的猛增，能源消费呈多元化趋势，加之石油化工行业的综合利用发展，使石油化工产品的利用率呈现增长的趋势。石油及其替代资源越来越受到重视，随着行业的发展变得更为精细化，并从中提取更多的化工原料。在其热解，炼化，提取，深加工的过程中，其中涉及含油废水时，其油水分离的方法有时直接影响产品的质量、能耗和环保问题，是其工艺过程的重要环节。 
在煤制油、中低温炼焦、高温炼焦、油页岩综合利用等相关能源、煤化工、石油化工等行业中，需要用大量水来对含油气体进行洗涤和降温，大量的油气在洗涤过程中进入水中，产生含油废水。包括其他一些涉及含油废水的行业，如湿法冶金、煤层气开采等行业产生的含油废水。其特征为：一般废水水量较大，水质复杂，水体污染严重，且多需要循环利用。而循环利用过程中都涉及油水分离过程，但目前采用传统的沉降、气浮等方法进行分离回收，分离效果差，回收效率低。部分含油废水排入市政污水处理厂或各类水体中，造成资源浪费和环境污染。在石油开采行业，采油的同时产生大量半生水，经过油水分离后以回注水形式回到地下。回注水水量大，水中油含 量相对较低，传统油水分离方法达到回注要求较难且工艺相对复杂，运行成本高。 
因此，开发先进的油水分离装置，提高油水分离效率，优化油水分离回收工艺流程，对废水中的资源进行回收利用，对于节能减排，提高生产工艺水平，资源回收，降低环保风险，保护环境等十分必要。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种运行费用低，环境污染小，工艺简单，分离效率高的含油废水多级回收装置。 
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：包括与待分离含油废水相连通的安装有亲油疏水滤芯的一级过滤器，且一级过滤器的悬浮物出口与排泥池相连通，一级过滤器的出液口与安装有亲水疏油滤芯的二级过滤器的入口相连通，二级过滤器的出油口与储油罐相连，另一出口与水池相连。 
所述的一级过滤器由两组独立运行的过滤器组成，且两组过滤器的入口分别通过阀门与待分离含油废水相连通，两组过滤器的悬浮物出口分别与排泥池相连通，两组过滤器还分别与压缩空气或清水组成的反冲洗装置相连通。 
本实用新型采用两种不同性能的设备，以过滤的形式达到油水分离的目的。 
其具有以下优点： 
1、分离速度快，表面水力负荷可达10m3/m2.h。 
2、过滤阻力小、节能：运行时的压力约为0.1Mpa-0.4Mpa。 
3、分离精度高，出水含油最低<15ppm。无需添加任何药剂分离出水中的乳化油，分离出来的油品好，含水量小，一步回收。 
4、不必设反冲水池和反冲泵，同时不必停机，自动化控制。 
5、工艺流程简单，占地小，操作简单，维护方便，运行可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。 
参见图1，本实用新型包括与待分离含油废水1相连通的安装有亲油疏水滤芯的一级过滤器2，所述的一级过滤器2由两组独立运行的过滤器组成，且两组过滤器的入口分别通过阀门与待分离含油废水1相连通，两组过滤器的悬浮物出口分别与排泥池4相连通，两组过滤器还分别与压缩空气或清水组成的反冲洗装置3相连通，两组过滤器的出液口分别与安装有亲水疏油滤芯的二级油水分离器5的入口相连通，二级油水分离器5的出油口与储油罐6相连，另一出口与水池相连。 
本实用新型将待分离的含油废水1用泵加压至0.4Mpa左右，流经装有亲油疏水滤芯的一级过滤器2除去水中的悬浮物并进入排泥池4，再将一级过滤器2出液口的流出液经装有亲水疏油滤芯的二级油水分离器5完成油水分离。由于一级过滤器为两组独立运行的过滤器，当一级过滤器2失去活性后，通过阀门将待分离的含油废水1引入另一过滤中，通过反冲洗装置3对失去活性的过滤器进行清洗。 
本实用新型分离的油水可以是含各种非水溶性油，尤其适合分离油比重小于1.0的含油废水。 
本实用新型的页岩油回收装置简单，水质条件要求低，适应性强，适用于分离各种情况下页岩油的油水分离处理，对高含油的油页岩炼油瓦斯气洗涤水经济效益十分显著。处理后的瓦斯气洗涤水含油量低，有利于生产的稳定和整个系统收油率的提高。该工艺运行费用低，效率高，污染小，操作简单，占地小，自动化控制，十分适合工业应用。

1.一种含油废水多级回收装置，其特征在于：包括与待分离含油废水（1）相连通的安装有亲油疏水滤芯的一级过滤器（2），且一级过滤器（2）的悬浮物出口与排泥池（4）相连通，一级过滤器（2）的出液口与安装有亲水疏油滤芯的二级油水分离器（5）的入口相连通，二级油水分离器（5）的出油口与储油罐（6）相连，另一出口与水池相连。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的含油废水多级回收装置，其特征在于：所述的一级过滤器（2）由两组独立运行的过滤器组成，且两组过滤器的入口分别通过阀门与待分离含油废水（1）相连通，两组过滤器的悬浮物出口分别与排泥池（4）相连通，两组过滤器还分别与压缩空气或清水组成的反冲洗装置（3）相连通。
