本实用新型涉及一种夹具,更具体地说,是涉及一种薄壁圆筒零件加工用胀套夹具。
背景技术:
薄壁零件加工中,存在的最大的问题是变形,变形会影响零件尺寸精度。
影响零件变形的因素是:1)装夹过程中夹紧力过大或受力不均引起变形;2)切削加工中切削力作用引起变形;3)加工中产生热量,冷却不充分,引起变形。上述三个因素,夹紧力引起的变形是主要因素。所以加工薄壁零件要充分考虑如何防止由夹紧力作用而产生的变形。
零件的材质通常为1Cr13,这种材质是具有较高强度及塑性的中碳马氏体不锈钢。加工中易产生加工硬化,零件切削抗力增大,刀具磨损严重。另外加工中粘刀现象严重,断屑困难,切屑易刮伤零件表面,影响加工质量。因此加工中不仅要考虑变形问题,还要考虑由材料本身的特性带来的影响。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型就是针对上述问题,提供了一种薄壁圆筒零件加工用胀套夹具。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,包括开口胀套、芯轴、压板和螺母,开口胀套套接在芯轴上,芯轴的两端分别设置了伸出端和螺扣,螺扣穿过压板与螺母相连。
所述的伸出端与车床的卡盘相连。
本实用新型的有益效果:
本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,加工效率高,利于扩大生产。更重要的是,既能保证零件内孔外壁同心,又可避免由于夹紧力影响产生变形。

具体实施方式:
由图2可知,薄壁零件两端内孔的内径不同。一端是φ107mm,另一端是φ100mm。
由图1可知,本实用新型包括开口胀套、芯轴、压板和螺母,开口胀套套接在芯轴上,芯轴的两端分别设置了伸出端和螺扣,螺扣穿过压板与螺母相连。
所述的伸出端与车床的卡盘相连。
工作时,芯轴移动,开口胀套胀开与零件内孔壁紧紧连在一起,伸出端与车床的卡盘夹紧,完成零件的加工。
