本实用新型涉及一种工程机械驾驶室玻璃粘结组件，属于驾驶室技术领域。
背景技术
目前，工程机械驾驶室的玻璃在安装过程中，为进一步保证门窗的密封效果，减少因玻璃破碎滑落等产生的安全隐患，在玻璃承托部与玻璃之间的缝隙处填充有玻璃胶，如图1所示。但是，安装压力过大时，容易产生胶向周边溢出的现象；安装压力过小时，又保证不了粘结面和粘结力，且不容易达到标准胶高要求，即保证胶高h为5mm。
发明内容
针对上述现存的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种工程机械驾驶室玻璃粘结组件，以避免胶溢出的现象，同时保证胶高和粘结力。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，通过以下技术方案实现：一种工程机械驾驶室玻璃粘结组件，包括玻璃框、玻璃和橡胶垫；橡胶垫底面设置背胶，背胶粘贴在玻璃表面；橡胶垫顶面通过玻璃胶粘结在玻璃框上。
本实用新型的有益效果是：有效的防止了胶的溢出，使产品外观质量趋于稳定；保证了玻璃胶的厚度均匀，即胶高h在要求值5mm，同时粘结方便，粘结力强；具有良好的防震缓冲性能，防止玻璃搭铁振动破裂。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图2所示，本实用新型包括玻璃框1、玻璃3和橡胶垫4；橡胶垫4底面设置背胶，背胶粘贴在玻璃3表面；橡胶垫4顶面通过玻璃胶2粘结在玻璃框1上。进一步实施时，橡胶垫的高为5mm，继而保证胶高h为要求值5mm。
粘结玻璃时，先撕下橡胶垫4底面的背胶纸，然后把橡胶垫4粘贴在玻璃3表面；然后将粘结有橡胶垫4的玻璃3通过橡胶垫4的顶面压入已涂好玻璃胶2的玻璃框1上，压紧程度由橡胶垫高度5mm决定。通过增加玻璃3粘结用组件和改变粘结方式，在不影响粘结面和粘结力的情况下，避免了胶溢出的现象，使得粘结安装更为简单方便。

1.一种工程机械驾驶室玻璃粘结组件，包括玻璃框（1）、玻璃（3）和橡胶垫（4）；其特征在于，橡胶垫（4）底面设置背胶，背胶粘贴在玻璃（3）表面；橡胶垫（4）顶面通过玻璃胶（2）粘结在玻璃框（1）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工程机械驾驶室玻璃粘结组件，其特征在于，所述的橡胶垫（4）的高为5mm。
