 为解决以上问题，本实用新型提供一种挤压机机筒结构，该结构比较简单，能够增强挤压机筒内部的耐磨性，减少易损率。 
为解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：一种挤压机机筒结构，所述机筒内圈设有二阶凹槽，二阶凹槽处设有耐磨衬套，所述耐磨衬套的内径与机筒内径相等。 
进一步地，所述耐磨衬套端部具有法兰，该法兰连接在分段机筒的端面凹槽处。
