Abstract
本实用新型揭示了一种多功能异味治理柜机,具有柜体及贯穿柜体的气道,柜体在气道两端分别设有集气口和排气口,排气口外联吸风机,该柜体内设有三级以上除味子单元,包括相变洗涤单元、化学洗涤单元、等离子体电场洗涤单元及催化净化过滤层。选择其中三项或四项除味子单元沿气流方向排布集成于柜体之中,进行分级、分段、多方式地气流净化作业。应用实施本实用新型的柜机,通过多种除臭技术有机组合,在小型柜体上实现了除尘、除菌、除异味的多种复合功能,具有能耗低、设备占地面积小等特点;而且通过对气流量检测、喷速控制、喷淋量控制,电压的连续调控使得气体味态处理范围更宽。

多功能异味治理柜机技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种气体净化装置,尤其涉及一种采用多种方式且集多功能于一体的柜式臭废气净化装置。
背景技术
[0002] 随着社会经济的不断发展,排放至空气中的臭废气也日益增多,各类臭废气中所含有的各种有毒气体和颗粒吸入物对公共环境造成的空气污染也日益严重。
[0003] 建筑内空气质量是否达标,严重影响建筑内正常的工作和生活质量。随着空气治理的要求提高,尤其是PM2.5的治理是国家十二五期间的环境保护的重要内容。随着经济发展带来的能源消耗增加、排放的增加、空气污染的增加。空气与水对人类、对生命同样重要。
[0004] 在已有的本行业中,空气治理如单一除尘、单一除异味、单一除菌抑菌的方法和设备较多,但综合治理的设备较少,并且在治理时存在二次污染的隐患,如气体的化学洗涤等。为此,如何使空气治理的多种方式有机整合、在一个小型设备中得以实现并推广应用,便具有突出的意义。 发明内容
[0005] 鉴于上述现有技术存在的需求,本实用新型的目的旨在提出一种多功能异味治理柜机,以解决较小设备多功能集成实现除尘、除菌及除异味的问题。
[0006] 本实用新型的上述目的,将通过以下技术方案得以实现:多功能异味治理柜机,具有柜体及贯穿柜体的气道,所述柜体在气道两端分别设有集气口和排气口,排气口外联吸风机,其特征在于所述柜体内设有三级以上除味子单元,且所述除味子单元包括:
[0007] 相变洗漆单兀,具有在气道中的一段所设若干个与气流方向相逆的喷头,用于喷出水汽与气道中的气流高速碰撞进行热量传递使产生异味气体发生气液相转换;
[0008] 化学洗涤单元,具有在气道中另一段所设的喷淋组,所述喷淋组用于喷射化学药液、对气道中的气流进行饱和洗涤及溶合吸附;
[0009] 等离子体电场洗涤单元,具有覆盖气道中又一段、电压强度可调的等离子体电场,用于吸附气流中粉尘、击穿微生物细胞壁或打开异味分子化合键;
[0010] 催化净化过滤层,为一层以上含活性氧离子和/或活性氧基团的复合式过滤膜层,用于强化打开异味分子化合键。
[0011] 进一步地,柜体内设有三级除味子单元,且沿气流方向顺次为相变洗涤单元、化学洗涤单元和等离子体电场洗涤单元。

具体实施方式
[0026] 本实用新型针对现有技术中异味处理设备功能单一,创新提出了一种在小型机柜中集成多元异味治理的机柜,属于一种空气异味治理装置。
[0027] 从该异味治理柜机的结构来看,如图1至图4所示,其具有柜体I及贯穿柜体的气道,该柜体在气道两端分别设有集气口 2和排气口 3,排气口外联吸风机4。特别地,该柜体I内设有三级以上除味子单元,且除味子单元包括:相变洗漆单元51,具有在气道中的一段所设若干个与气流方向相逆的喷头,用于喷出水汽与气道中的气流高速碰撞进行热量传递使产生异味气体发生气液相转换,特别地,在该柜体I的旁侧还设有相变洗涤单元的视窗511 ;化学洗涤单元52,具有在气道中另一段所设的喷淋组,喷淋组用于喷射化学药液、对气道中的气流进行饱和洗涤及溶合吸附;等离子体电场洗涤单元53,具有覆盖气道中又一段、电压强度可调的等离子体电场,用于吸附气流中粉尘、击穿微生物细胞壁或打开异味分子化合键;催化净化过滤层54,为一层以上含有活性氧离子和/或活性氧基团的复合式过滤膜层,用于强化打开异味分子化合键,其中活性氧离子/基团可选包括臭氧、氢氧根离子、负氧离子等。作为本实用新型的优选实施例,图示的实施例中含有全部四个除味子单元,然后根据从集气口到排气口之间气道的气流方向,依次设置相变洗涤单元51、化学洗涤单元52、等离子体电场洗涤单元53及催化净化过滤层54。其中,在相变洗涤单元中,该喷头中液体为纯水;在化学洗涤单元中,该喷淋组为气道中沿气流方向排列而设的若干液体喷头。特别地,该柜体的高度小于2m,宽度约为1.5m,纵伸厚度约为0.7m,故而柜机的整机体积小于2.5m3。
[0028] 除此之外,该异味治理柜机设有控制单元,且在集气口处设有连至控制单元的气体流量计,该控制单元在柜体I外侧表面设有控制面板6,且控制单元的输出控制端分别连至相变洗涤单元的喷头的流速驱动端、化学洗涤单元的喷淋组的流量驱动端和等离子体电场洗涤单元的电压驱动端。在柜机实际运作中,根据气体流量计采集得到的气流强度,该控制单元对应不同级别分别输出适于对应除味子单元的控制信号,进而控制除味子单元进行相应方式的除味净化作业。控制信号主要关联于相变洗涤单元的喷头的流速、化学洗涤单元的喷淋组的流量和等离子体电场洗涤单元的电压强度等。若气体流量计采集得到的气流强度较强时,全部除味子单元均正常运作且各部分的流速、流量或电压强度均相对较强;若气体流量计采集得到的气体强度较弱时,部分除味子单元可停止运作,如化学系第单元或其它。以上均可籍由控制单元实现灵活、简便的电气控制,而且也可以结合编程作业提升控制单元的智能性,即根据气体流量计采集得到的气流强度,自动依据程序设定对各除味子单元进行调控。
[0029] 作为本实用新型的多元化实施方式,该柜体内还可设有三级除味子单元,且沿气流方向顺次为相变洗涤单元、化学洗涤单元和等离子体电场洗涤单元。对比上述优选实施例可见,该柜机中的相变洗涤单元、化学洗涤单元和等离子体电场洗涤单元为实现多功能高效集成所必需的除味装置及原理性的除味方式。
[0030] 当然,除上述两大主要实施方式外,本实用新型异味治理柜机在相变洗涤单元中,该喷头中液体还可以是除味洗涤液。而在化学洗涤单元中,该喷淋组还可以是气道同一位置所设的若干液体喷头(一般为四个左右)。
[0031] 除了对空气的除臭、治理功能外,该柜机还在其内部集成设有直接向外界排放的植物液雾化喷雾装置55,进一步提高环境气味的治理效果。

1.多功能异味治理柜机,具有柜体及贯穿柜体的气道,所述柜体在气道两端分别设有集气口和排气口,排气口外联吸风机,其特征在于所述柜体内设有三级以上除味子单元,且所述除味子单元包括: 相变洗涤单元,具有在气道中的一段所设若干个与气流方向相逆的喷头,用于喷出水汽与气道中的气流高速碰撞进行热量传递使产生异味气体发生气液相转换; 化学洗涤单元,具有在气道中另一段所设的喷淋组,所述喷淋组用于喷射化学药液、对气道中的气流进行饱和洗涤及溶合吸附; 等离子体电场洗涤单元,具有覆盖气道中又一段、电压强度可调的等离子体电场,用于吸附气流中粉尘、击穿微生物细胞壁或打开异味分子化合键; 催化净化过滤层,为一层以上含活性氧离子和/或活性氧基团的过滤膜层,用于强化打开异味分子化合键。
