集中式空气处理器
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种集中式空气处理器,特别是一种对空气进行净化、消毒,增加室内空气氧含量及湿度的集中式空气处理器。背景技术
现有的中央空调系统(集中式空调)内的空气是系统内的回风和补充的室外新风混合物,回风在系统内被室内的装饰材料、家具等物品释放的甲醛、苯、氨等有害物质和室内人员排出的二氧化碳及带菌者散发出的细菌、病毒等微生物严重污染,且中央空调系统中恒温、恒湿的环境又为微生物的繁殖提供了良好的培养基础,这些被繁殖的致病微生物又通过送风管道送到室内,导致中央空调中的空气循环交叉感染和空气疾病传播,而且从室外补充的新风也是被尘土和各种工业污染物污染的空气。
卫生部2004年组织开展了一次全国公共场所中央空调通风系统卫生状况监督检查,在被抽査的30个省市自治区中60多个城市的937家宾馆、饭店、大型商场超市的中央空调系统中,属于严重污染的有441家,占抽检数量的47.1%;中等污染的有438家,占抽检数量的46.7%;合格的有58家,占抽检数量的6.2%。这样的中央空调实际上成了传播和扩散疾病的污染源,针对这种情况,很多专家提出了加强中央空调系统的清洗、增加通风量等解决方法,但这都不能从根本上解决中央空调通风系统存在的这些严重问题,经过对中央空调系统的分析后认为:应当从净化、分解、消毒、增加和节能几个方面去进行重新设计才能从根本上改变中央空调的现状。发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种集中式空气处理器,要解决的技术问题是净化、分解空气中的二氧化碳和一氧化碳,且达到减少耗水量与节能的效果。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案: 一种集中式空气处理器,包括中央空调和控制柜,所述中央空调分别连接静电除尘柜与水幕除尘柜,所述水幕除尘柜连接增氧机,所述控制柜分别连接控制静电除尘柜、水幕除尘柜。
本实用新型的静电除尘柜的两侧分别设有进风门、出风门,所述进风门连接中央空调的回风管,所述进风门与出风门之间设有静电除尘柜隔板将静电除尘柜分割成连通的左、右两腔室,所述左腔室的上端设有静电除尘器,所述左、右两腔室的连通处与右腔室内设有复数层网状光触媒网,所述相邻的网状光触媒网之间设有光触媒光源,所述网状光触媒网与出风门之间设有紫外线灯,所述左腔室的下端设有水槽,水槽的上端设有喷水嘴,所述水槽的下端设有第一电磁阀,所述出风门连接中央空调的送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器进口,所述中央空调的送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器出口连接水幕除尘柜的进风口。
本实用新型的紫外线灯为长波紫外线灯。
本实用新型的静电除尘器由支架、设于支架内的复数组负电极、正电极与清刷机构组成,所述正电极设在负电极内,负电极的外部设有电极支架,所述电极支架连接在支架内,所述负电极的上端设有清刷机构,所述支架的上端设有风口。
本实用新型的清刷机构由毛刷、毛刷支架组成,所述毛刷设在毛刷支架上,毛刷支架连接传动螺杆,传动螺杆连接减速电机。本实用新型的负电极为圆柱筒状结构。本实用新型的正电极为多层圆形排列结构。
本实用新型的水幕除尘柜的中部设有水幕除尘柜隔板,所述进风口的内侧上端设有挡水板,所述水幕除尘柜隔板的一侧设有水幕喷头、另一侧设有雾化器,所述雾化器的上端、水幕除尘柜上设有富氧气出口,所述水幕除尘柜的底部水幕除尘柜隔板的左右两侧分别设有污水槽、净水槽,所述污水槽与净水槽之间的水幕除尘柜隔板上设有溢流口,所述污水槽上设有水位开关,污水槽的底部设有第二电磁阀,所述净水槽上设有水泵,所述净水槽的底部设有第三电磁阀,所述水幕除尘柜的出风口连接中央空调的通风管道,富氧气出口连接增氧机。
本实用新型的增氧机由真空泵、富氧膜组件和风机组成,所述真空泵的出气口连接富氧气出口,真空泵的进气口连接主气管,所述主气管通过分气管连接富氧膜组件连通真空泵与富氧膜组件,所述富氧膜组件的上端设有风机。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,高压静电除尘器的集尘电极采用圆柱型呈蜂
窝状排列,放电极为多层圆型排列放电针,集尘面积大,能有效产生电弧对二氧化碳、 一氧化碳轰击分解,同时产生的臭氧对空气进行消毒和氧化分解有害化合物,对过量剩余臭氧进行催化加快还原为氧,采用静电除尘与水幕除尘的双重除尘方式,使空气得到多次静化,消除了积尘,解决了通风管道内积尘问题,采取了增氧,解决了室内空气氧含量低的问题,减少了通风量和取消了新风,降低了中央空调系统能耗。附图说明

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。如图1所示,本实用新型集中式空气处理器包括中央空调和控制柜,所述中央空调的回风管连接两个或多个静电除尘柜的进风门10,静电除尘柜的出风门11连接中央空调的送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器进口,中央空调的送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器出口连接水幕除尘柜的进风口,水幕除尘柜的出风口连接中央空调的通风管道,水幕除尘柜的富氧气出口 16连接增氧机,而控制柜分别连接并控制静电除尘柜、水幕除尘柜。
如图2所示,为本实用新型静电除尘柜的结构示意图,在静电除尘柜的两侧分别设有进风门IO、出风门ll,所述进风门IO连接中央空调的回风管,所述进风门10与出风门11之间设有静电除尘柜隔板101将静电除尘柜分割成连通的左、右两腔室102、 103,在左腔室102的上端设有静电除尘器12,所述左、右两腔室102、 103的连通处与右腔室103内设有多层网状光触媒网14,在两个网状光触媒网14之间设有光触媒光源17,在最后一层的网状光触媒网14与出风门11之间设有紫外线灯19,所述紫外线灯19由短波紫外线灯与长波紫外线灯组成,在左腔室102的下端设有水槽18,水槽18的上端设有喷水嘴13,所述水槽18的下端设有第一电磁阀20,所述出风门11连接中央空调的送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器进口。空气由进风门IO进入,通过静电除尘器12、网状光触媒网14,再通过出风门11进入中央空调送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器进口
如图3-l、 3-2所示,为本实用新型静电除尘器的结构示意图,所述静电除尘器12由支架7、设于支架7内的多组负电极2、正电极3与清刷机构51组成,其中负电极2矩形阵列在支架7内,负电极2为圆柱筒状结构,在负电极2内排列有多层圆形正电极3,负电极2的外部设有电极支架6;所述电极支架6连接在支架7内固定负电极2,所述负电极2的上端设有清刷机构51,所述清刷机构51由毛刷1与毛刷支架5组成,毛刷1按照负电极2的数量设置在毛刷支架5上,所述毛刷支架5连接传动螺杆52,传动螺杆52带动毛刷支架5上、下移动,所述传动螺杆52连接减速电机4,在支架7的上端设有出风口71。
如图4所示,为本实用新型水幕除尘柜的结构示意图,所述水幕除尘柜由水位开关15、富氧气出口 16、电磁阀21、电磁阀22、污水槽23、水泵24、挡水板25、水幕喷头26、溢流口27、雾化器28、净水槽29组成,所述水幕除尘柜的中部设有水幕除尘柜隔板271,其中进风口设在水幕除尘柜隔板271的左侧,出风口设在水幕除尘柜隔板271的右侧,在进风口的内侧上端设有挡水板25,所述水幕除尘柜隔板271的一侧设有水幕喷头26,另一侧设有雾化器28,所述雾化器28的上端、水幕除尘柜上设有富氧气出口 16,所述水幕除尘柜的底部水幕除尘柜隔板271的左右两侧分别设有污水槽23、净水槽29,所述污水槽23与净水槽29之间的水幕除尘柜隔板271上设有溢流口 27,所述污水槽23上设有水位开关15,污水槽23的底部设有第二电磁阀21,所述净水槽29上设有水泵24,所述净水槽29的底部设有第三电磁阀22,所述水幕除尘柜的出风口连接中央空调的通风管道,富氧气出口连接增氧机,空气由进风口进入,通过水幕喷头12喷出的水幕除尘、雾化器28加湿,由出风口进入中央空调通风管道。如图5所示,为本实用新型的增氧机的结构示意图,所述增氧机由真空泵
30、富氧膜组件32和风机31组成,其中真空泵30的出气口连接富氧气出口16,真空泵30的进气口连接主气管36,所述主气管36通过分气管35连接各富氧膜组件32连通真空泵30与各富氧膜组件32,所述富氧膜组件32的上端设有风机31。
如图6所示,为本实用新型控制柜的工作原理图,控制柜检测来自湿度传感器、氧传感器、二氧化碳传感器的信号,相应控制加湿器、增氧机、二氧化碳报警器的工作。
打开集中式空气处理器电源开关,控制柜控制静电除尘柜进风门10、出风门11打开,静电吸尘器12、网状光触媒网14、光触媒光源17、紫外线灯19开始工作,空气由进风口进入,经过多组正电极3、负电极2,空气中的尘埃、微小粒子被高压静电吸附,正电极3、负电极2产生的臭氧、负离子及网状光触媒网对空气进行杀菌、除味、解毒,净化的空气(含有臭氧)传到空气处理器后部的密闭腔内,在此经紫外线灯19照射,臭氧被还原成氧,洁净的空气由出风口经送风机或储能式中央空调接冷热交换器传到水幕除尘柜进风口 ,空气进入水幕除尘柜内,空气穿过水幕喷头26喷出的水幕净化,空气中的尘埃被水带入污水槽23内;空气经过雾化器28时,被控制柜自动检测湿度并控制,当空气湿度低于设定值时,雾化器28即喷雾增湿,当空气湿度高于设定值时,雾化器28自动关闭;控制器检测空气中含氧浓度,控制增氧机工作产生的含有水份的富氧空气由富氧气出口 16输送到此,与净化后的空气混合进入中央空调通风管道输往室内;污水槽23内的污水经沉淀再通过溢流口 27流入净水槽29,经再次沉淀成为净水,净水通过水泵24将水输送到水幕喷头26及雾化器28,水得到循环利用;电磁阀21、 22定时开启,排出沉淀下的污垢;水槽21中有水位开关15控制,当水位低于设定值时,自动补水。
本实用新型集中式空气处理器装有两个(或多个静电除尘柜)A和B,两个(或多个)静电除尘柜分别定时清除负电极2上的积尘,即A柜在清除积尘时,B柜正常工作;在清除积尘时进风门10、出风门11自动关闭;自动除尘系统开始工作,减速马达4转动,传动螺杆52带动毛刷1由正电极3、负电极2的上端向下运动,毛刷1将负电极2上的积尘刷掉,积尘落入水槽18内;当毛刷1运动到正电极3的下端时触动控制开关53,减速马达4反相转动,传动螺杆52带动毛刷1向上运动,当毛刷1运动至静电吸尘极板的上端时触动控制开关54,减速马达4停止转动,毛刷停止动作,同时喷水嘴13喷水,电磁阀20打开,将水槽18内污水排出到柜外,清除积尘完毕后,进风门IO、出风门11自动打开,静电除尘柜又开始工作。
本实用新型从根本上改变中央空调只能改变室内温度单一功能的现状,通过对系统内空气进行净化、消毒、分解有害物和增加空气中氧的浓度、自动控制湿度的综合处理,达到集中式空气处理器和中央空调结合后的室内空气得到完全治理和处理,真正具有洁净、安全、清新和健康的效果,中央空调通过集中式空气处理器的改造降低了通风量,还取消了从室外抽取新风补充室内空气中的氧含量和新风经过冷热交换改变温度的功耗,达到了环保、节能的目的。
