Abstract

一种火力发电厂空气预热器进口风道结构,其特征在于:包括壁板、加固肋和导向叶片组成的道体,导向叶片连接其中的两侧壁板沿介质气流方向从道体入口颈端到空气预热器入口处,用于整流道体内介质的流动,减少烟风道体的振动。本实用新型整流弯头内介质的流动方式,减少能量的消耗;减少弯头后的介质紊流现象,减少烟风道的振动,降低噪音;导流叶片进一步减低阻力消耗。代替原有组合异形件的结构,不增加占地空间;导流叶片可采根据弯头道体的结构形式布置一道或2道以上,其结构安全可靠,保证经济运行。

技术领域
本实用新型属于发电厂烟风系统烟风道异形件优化、阻力优化技术,尤其是涉及火力发电厂烟风系统烟风道弯头结构形式。 
背景技术
目前火力发电厂烟风道零部件结构尤其空气预热器进口零部件大部分包括直管段、变径管和弯头等异形件的组合结构,其由于组合异形件结构等原因造成气流动紊乱、阻力大,导致烟风系统阻力偏高,风机(一次风机、送风机和引风机)电动机选型过大,运行成本及运行费用较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于根据原有空气预热器入口管道布置基础上,根据介质流动方向全面优化空气预热器入口异形件的结构,形成一种结构安全、耗能小,系统高效、节能的一种空气预热器进口风道结构形式。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供包括壁板、加固肋和导向叶片组成的道体,导向叶片连接其中的两侧壁板沿介质气流方向从道体入口颈端到空气预热器入口处,用于整流道体内介质的流动,减少烟风道体的振动。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有如下优点: 
1、整流弯头内介质的流动方式,减少能量的消耗;
2、减少弯头后的介质紊流现象,减少烟风道的振动,降低噪音;
3、导流叶片进一步减低阻力消耗。
4、代替原有组合异形件的结构,不增加占地空间;
5、导流叶片可采根据弯头道体的结构形式布置一道或2道以上,其结构安全可靠,保证经济运行;

具体实施方式
如图1所示,1、道体侧板,2、道体曲线顶板,3、导流叶片,4、道体曲线底板,5、加固肋 
空气预热器进口风道结构主要由道体侧板1、道体曲线顶板2、道体曲线底板4组成四方道体,在烟风道体的外侧布置加固肋5,加固肋6沿着道体侧板1、道体曲线顶板2、道体曲线底板4外侧四周绞接或刚接,增强烟风道体壁板的刚度和强度。在道体的两侧内壁侧板1上设置导向叶片3,导向叶片3形状与介质气流方向平行。

1.一种火力发电厂空气预热器进口风道结构,其特征在于:包括壁板、加固肋和导向叶片组成的道体,导向叶片连接其中的两侧壁板沿介质气流方向从道体入口颈端到空气预热器入口处,用于整流道体内介质的流动,减少烟风道体的振动。
