背景技术
汽车的发动机是车子的心脏，但直接影响发动机的就是散热器，为了避免发动机过热，燃烧室周围的零部件必须进行适当的冷却，内燃机的冷却装置有水冷却、油冷却和空气冷却，汽车发动机冷却装置以水冷却为主，用气缸水道内的循环水冷却，把水道内受热的水引入散热器，通过风冷却后再返回到水道内。目前，市场上提供的汽车散热器扁管与主板钎焊连接，主板再与水室扣接（结构相对复杂），由于主板的底面为平面，所以扁管与主板钎焊时的钎焊结合面较小，连接强度不够。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，强度高的汽车散热器。
为此，本实用新型提供的高强度汽车散热器，包括水室、扁管和翅片，其特征是：所述扁管两端直接插接并钎焊在水室的底部，所述水室的底部具有弧形底，所述弧形底上开设有扁管插接孔。
在本实用新型中，扁管两端直接钎焊在水室的底部上，使结构简单，由于水室底部为弧形底，所以与扁管的钎焊结合面较大，而且使钎焊更加容易，从而大大提高了钎焊连接强度。
所述水室由方形框体和盖板围成，所述盖板边缘设有延伸部，所述延伸部扣接在方形框体的开口外缘上。上述设计中水室由方形框体和盖板扣接后再进行钎焊，使装配简单及散热器整体结构牢固不易损坏。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供的高强度汽车散热器，包括水室、扁管3和翅片4，水室由方形框体1和盖板2围成，盖板2设于方形框体1的顶部开口，扁管3两端直接插接并钎焊在方形框体1的底部，方形框体1底部为弧形底5，弧形底5上开设有扁管3插接孔，盖板2边缘设有延伸部6，延伸部6扣接在方形框体1的顶部开口外缘上，翅片4钎焊于扁管3之间。
在本实施例中，扁管两端直接钎焊在水室的底部上，使结构简单，由于水室底部为弧形底，所以与扁管的钎焊结合面较大，而且使钎焊更加容易，从而大大提高了钎焊连接强度。另外，水室由方形框体和盖板扣接后再进行钎焊，使装配简单及散热器整体结构牢固不易损坏。

1. 高强度汽车散热器，包括水室、扁管和翅片，其特征是：所述扁管两端直接插接并钎焊在水室的底部，所述水室的底部具有弧形底，所述弧形底上开设有扁管插接孔。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的高强度汽车散热器，其特征是：所述水室由方形框体和盖板围成，所述盖板边缘设有延伸部，所述延伸部扣接在方形框体的开口外缘上。
