背景技术
汽车的发动机是车子的心脏，但直接影响发动机的就是散热器，为了避免发动机过热，燃烧室周围的零部件必须进行适当的冷却，内燃机的冷却装置有水冷却、油冷却和空气冷却，汽车发动机冷却装置以水冷却为主，用气缸水道内的循环水冷却，把水道内受热的水引入散热器，通过风冷却后再返回到水道内。目前，市场上提供的汽车散热器扁管与主板钎焊连接，主板再与水室扣接（结构相对复杂），而且扁管与主板的钎焊连接强度往往不够。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术的不足，本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单强度高的汽车散热器。
为此，本实用新型提供的结构新颖汽车散热器，包括水室、侧板、扁管和翅片，其特征是：所述水室由U型板、侧板延伸部和前板围成，所述前板由靠拢在一起的扁管的开口端形成。
所述U型板、侧板延伸部和前板钎焊连接，所述U型板设有弯钩，弯钩扣接住侧板延伸部。
所述翅片钎焊于扁管之间。
在本实用新型中，水室由U型板、侧板延伸部和前板围成，而前板由靠拢在一起的扁管的开口端形成，这样一来，就省略了传统汽车散热器的主板，而且所有零件是直接钎焊在一起，所以不仅结构简单，而且结构牢固强度高。U型板弯钩的设计可以使得散热器的整体结构更加牢固。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型提供的结构新颖汽车散热器，包括水室、侧板2、扁管3和翅片4，所述水室由U型板1、侧板延伸部5和前板7围成并钎焊连接，所述前板7由靠拢在一起的扁管3的开口端形成，所述U型板1设有弯钩6，弯钩6扣接住侧板延伸部5，所述翅片4钎焊于扁管3之间。
在本实施例中，水室由U型板、侧板延伸部和前板围成，而前板由靠拢在一起的扁管的开口端形成，这样一来，就省略了传统汽车散热器的主板，而且所有零件是直接钎焊在一起，所以不仅结构简单，而且结构牢固强度高。U型板弯钩的设计可以使得散热器的整体结构更加牢固。
