本实用新型涉及一种墙面打磨机。
背景技术
墙面打磨机广泛应用在室内装修中，在对墙面进行打磨的过程中，会产生大量粉尘，为了保证工作过程中，操作者的身体健康，现在的墙面打磨机上均设有吸尘结构，为了适应不同工作需求下的吸尘需求，打磨机内设有调节吸力大小的调节装置，现有的调节装置，是通过板件打开或关闭气道来实现调节吸力的目的，气道只存在全开或者全闭两种状态，不能实现气道从全开到全闭的连续调节，不能满足墙面打磨机在实际使用中的吸尘需求。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是提供结构简单、能够实现气道从全开到全闭的连续调节的一种墙面打磨机。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案，一种墙面打磨机，包括打磨盘、吸尘盘、齿轮传动机构、电机及吸尘罩，所述电机通过所述齿轮传动机构带动所述打磨盘运动，所述吸尘盘罩在所述打磨盘上，所述吸尘盘与所述打磨盘之间形成吸气通道，所述吸气通道与所述吸尘罩通过气道相通，所述吸尘罩设在所述吸尘盘顶部，所述气道上设有能够调节所述气道开度的蝶阀。
优选的，所述蝶阀连接有调节旋钮。
优选的，所述调节旋钮通过连接杆与所述蝶阀的碟板连接。
优选的，所述调节旋钮与所述吸尘罩之间设有弹簧及定位钢珠，所述调节旋钮设有安装孔，所述弹簧与所述定位钢珠装在所述安装孔内。
优选的，所述蝶阀与所述吸尘盘通过波纹橡胶管相连。
优选的，所述打磨盘上设有吸尘孔。
优选的，所述吸尘盘底部设有毛刷。
本实用新型一种墙面打磨机，通过蝶阀调节所述吸气通道开度，能够实现气道从开启状态至关闭状态的连续调节，能够满足墙面打磨机在实际使用中的吸尘需求。

具体实施方式
如图1至3所示，为本实用新型一种墙面打磨机，包括打磨盘1、吸尘盘2、齿轮传动机构3、电机4及吸尘罩5，所述电机4通过所述齿轮传动机构3带动所述打磨盘1运动，所述吸尘盘2罩在所述打磨盘1上，所述吸尘盘2与所述打磨盘1之间形成吸气通道21，所述吸气通道21与所述吸尘罩5通过气道相通，所述吸尘罩5设在所述吸尘盘2顶部，所述气道上设有能够调节所述气道开度的蝶阀。
所述蝶阀连接有调节旋钮6，所述蝶阀包括碟板8，所述调节旋钮6用于调节所述碟板8的运动，所述碟板8转到不同的位置，所述气道的开度不同，所述碟板8的位置可以通过所述调节旋钮6进行连续调节，从而实现所述气道从开启状态至关闭状态的连续调节。
所述调节旋钮6通过连接杆7与所述碟板8连接，具体的，所述连接杆7与所述调节旋钮6通过螺钉连接，所述连接杆7与所述碟板8卡接，所述调节旋钮6转动带动所述碟板8同步转动。
所述调节旋钮6与所述吸尘罩5之间设有弹簧9及定位钢珠10，所述调节旋钮6设有安装孔，所述弹簧9与所述定位钢珠10装在所述安装孔内。所述定位钢珠10通过所述弹簧9压紧在所述吸尘罩5的壁面上，在将所述调节旋钮6旋转至所需要的位置后，所述定位钢珠10能够使所述调节旋钮6的位置保持不变，从而所述碟板8的位置保持不变。
所述吸尘罩5与所述吸尘盘1通过波纹橡胶管11相连，本实施方式中，所述吸尘通道21与所述吸尘罩5之间的气道为所述波纹橡胶管11的内腔。
如图4所示，所述打磨盘1上设有吸尘孔111。在所述气道处于关闭状态时，粉尘通过所述吸尘孔111吸到所述吸尘罩5。在需要加大吸力的时候，控制所述调节旋钮6，将所述气道打开，所述吸尘孔111及所述吸气通道21同时进行吸尘。
所述吸尘盘2底部设有毛刷22，所述毛刷22能够防止粉尘飞出。

1.一种墙面打磨机，包括打磨盘(1)、吸尘盘(2)、齿轮传动机构(3)、电机(4)及吸尘罩(5)，所述电机(4)通过所述齿轮传动机构(3)带动所述打磨盘(1)运动，所述吸尘盘(2)罩在所述打磨盘(1)上，所述吸尘盘(2)与所述打磨盘(1)之间形成吸气通道(21)，所述吸气通道(21)与所述吸尘罩(5)通过气道相通，所述吸尘罩(5)设在所述吸尘盘(2)顶部，其特征在于：所述气道上设有能够调节所述气道开度的蝶阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙面打磨机，其特征在于：所述蝶阀连接有调节旋钮(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种墙面打磨机，其特征在于：所述调节旋钮(6)通过连接杆(7)与所述蝶阀的碟板(8)连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种墙面打磨机，其特征在于：所述调节旋钮(6)与所述吸尘罩(5)之间设有弹簧(9)及定位钢珠(10)，所述调节旋钮(6)设有安装孔，所述弹簧(9)与所述定位钢珠(10)装在所述安装孔内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙面打磨机，其特征在于：所述吸尘罩(5)与所述吸尘盘(1)通过波纹橡胶管(11)相连。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙面打磨机，其特征在于：所述打磨盘(1)上设有吸尘孔(111)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种墙面打磨机，其特征在于：所述吸尘盘(2)底部设有毛刷(22)。
