现有的一种振动式车辆减速带，俯视呈长方形且与车道线相正交，三车轮或四车轮车辆之左右车轮必同时跨越，车辆作上下振动，公知的经验表明，对车辆的悬挂机构损害大，而三车轮或四车轮车辆之左右车轮错时跨越，则对车辆的悬挂机构损害相对较小。因此提供一种能让车辆之左右车轮错时跨越的振动式车辆减速带具有十分重要的意义。
