本实用新型提供一种防冷凝回落装置,涉及塑料挤出机排气时防止冷凝液回落的技术,其包括真空腔、排气口及防回落围板,所述挤出机机身上开设有所述排气口,所述真空腔安设于所述挤出机机身的排气口上方,所述防回落围板围设于所述排气口边缘。本实用新型防冷凝回落装置,通过在排气口边缘设置放回落围板,使得冷凝的水份、灰份回落、倒流入挤出机的概率大大减少,冷凝的水份、灰份可以在真空腔内做一个短暂的储存,然后再被抽真空机构抽走。大大提高排气、抽真空的效率,提高最终成品的质量、物理机械性能、化学性能及电性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及塑料挤出机排气技术领域,尤其涉及塑料挤出机排气时防止冷凝液回落的技术。 
背景技术
公知的塑料挤出机具有驱动机、减速装置、联轴器、加料斗、挤出机机身、加热装置、挤出机出料模具,在挤出机身上同样设有料筒和螺杆。在挤出过程中,需要从熔料中排出气泡、水份、灰份等,这些气泡、水份、灰份如不能排出,制品表面或内部可能会出现孔隙、气泡及表面晦暗等缺陷,严重地可影响到制品的物理机械性能、化学性能和电性能。现有的挤出机身开有排气口及安装真空腔对挤出机内的熔料排出的气泡、水份、灰份等进行抽真空排气,但是,现有技术中的真空腔吸取熔料中的气泡、水份、灰份等会在真空腔内聚集、冷凝,聚集、冷凝后的水份、灰份会由挤出机身的排气口回落、倒流入挤出机,这样不仅影响到排气的效率,而且会严重影响材料的性能,使得真空腔的排气作用大打折扣,对最终成品的质量、物理机械性能、化学性能及电性能仍存在较大影响。 
实用新型内容
    本实用新型要解决的技术问题针对现有技术,提供一种有效防止塑料熔料加热后的水份、灰份在真空腔内聚集、冷凝后由排气口回落、倒流入挤出机的防冷凝回落装置,能提高塑料制品的质量、物理机械性能、化学性能及电性能。 
为了实现上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
防冷凝回落装置,用于挤出机排气时防止冷凝的水份、灰份回落的装置,其特征在于:包括真空腔、排气口及防回落围板,所述挤出机机身上开设有所述排气口,所述真空腔安设于所述挤出机机身的排气口上方,所述防回落围板围设于所述排气口边缘。
优选地,防回落围板与所述排气口间连接为无缝连接。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型防冷凝回落装置,通过在排气口边缘设置放回落围板,使得冷凝的水份、灰份回落、倒流入挤出机的概率大大减少,冷凝的水份、灰份可以在真空腔内做一个短暂的储存,然后再被抽真空机构抽走。大大提高排气、抽真空的效率,提高最终成品的质量、物理机械性能、化学性能及电性能。

具体实施方式
   下面结合附图及优选实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明,需要说明的是,以下仅是对本实用新型优选实施方式的详细说明,不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。 
   参看图1和图2,本实用新型一较佳实施例的一种防冷凝回落装置,包括挤出机机身41、螺杆42、真空腔2、排气口1及防回落围板3。挤出机机身41上开设排气口1,排气口1贯穿挤出机机身41壁,排气口1的上端口口径小于下端口口径,排气口1的上端口及下端口可以为任意形状,优选地为圆形。真空腔2安设于挤出机机身41的排气口1上方,防回落围板3围设于排气口1边缘,防回落围板3与排气口1间是无缝连接。 
   当挤出机工作时,会对挤出机内的熔料进行加热,真空腔2与抽真空机构连接,抽真空机构对真空腔2进行抽真空处理,此时,加热熔料所排出的气泡、水份、灰份可以通过排气口1排出,当排出的水份、灰份在真空腔2腔壁内聚集、冷凝会沿着腔壁流下,防回落围板3围绕排气口1而设,有效阻挡大部分冷凝的水份、灰份回落、倒流入挤出机,使得冷凝的水份、灰份回落、倒流入挤出机的概率大大减少,冷凝的水份、灰份可以在真空腔2内做一个短暂的储存,然后再被抽真空机构抽走。大大提高排气、抽真空的效率,提高最终成品的质量、物理机械性能、化学性能及电性能。

1.防冷凝回落装置,用于挤出机排气时防止冷凝的水份、灰份回落的装置,其特征在于:包括真空腔、排气口及防回落围板,所述挤出机机身上开设有所述排气口,所述真空腔安设于所述挤出机机身的排气口上方,所述防回落围板围设于所述排气口边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防冷凝回落装置,其特征在于:所述防回落围板与所述排气口间连接为无缝连接。
