本实用新型涉及油田加热炉天然气燃烧炉具，具体而言是一种单井加热炉天然气燃烧器。
背景技术
在油田原油开采过程中，稠油占有很大比例，搞好稠油生产是采油工作者面临的主要问题，稠油油井在生产过程中，原油抽到地面需要加热炉加热输送，以降低原油在管道内的流动阻力，现有天然气燃气炉具燃烧不充分，热效率低，不能满足油田生产地面原油加热输送的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术存在的上述缺陷，提供一种单井加热炉天然气燃烧器。
上述目的是由下述技术方案实现的：
本实用新型技术方案包括：大小头、控制阀、燃气管、炉架、火嘴。其单井加热炉天然气燃烧器的大小头与控制阀、控制阀与燃气管螺纹连接，燃气管与方形或环形炉架联接为一体，炉架螺纹连接着5～9个火嘴。
上述单井加热炉天然气燃烧器中的火嘴为锥度管结构，锥形火嘴体上、下分别设有外、内螺纹，下端设有圆形或方形进空气孔；火嘴帽设有5～9个喷嘴，下部设有内螺纹与火嘴体的上部螺纹连接，以便于清理喷嘴。
本实用新型的有益效果是：设计新颖，燃烧充分，热效率高，CO、 NOX等废气排放量仅为普通炉灶的20%，猛火、省气、环保，单个炉头可拆卸维护，节能在25％～30％，能够满足油田生产地面原油加热输送的需要。
