本实用新型涉及一种用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的燃气燃烧器，包括底杯(1)及喷嘴(4)，其中底杯(1)上设有进气口(2)，喷嘴(4)安装在进气口(2)的上端，供气管的一端安装在进气口(2)的下部，其特征在于所述进气口(2)与喷嘴(4)的中心线重合。本实用新型由于采用底杯所设进气口与喷嘴的中心线重合的结构，燃烧器工作时，进入进气口的燃气及一次空气不会产生紊流，使燃气能够燃烧充分，因此，大大提高了燃气的燃烧率，从而节约了能源；作为本实用新型进一步改进技术，底杯的杯体呈碗状有利于减少空气的流动阻力，因此，能使燃气燃烧更加充分。

本实用新型涉及一种燃气燃烧器，特别是一种用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的燃气燃烧器。
背景技术
现有用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的上进风燃气燃烧器结构如图1所示，底杯1所设进气口2结构与喷嘴4大约成90度角，底杯的底部一般为直角结构，该结构的燃气燃烧器工作时，燃气和一次空气容易产生紊流，因此使燃气燃烧不充分，燃气的燃烧率低，大大浪费了能源。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，能够使燃气燃烧充分，提高燃气燃烧率，节约能源的用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的燃气燃烧器。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的燃气燃烧器，包括底杯及喷嘴，其中底杯上设有进气口，喷嘴安装在进气口的上端，供气管的一端安装在进气口的下部，其特征在于所述进气口与喷嘴的中心线重合。
上述底杯的杯体呈碗状，进气口设置在碗状杯体的底部。
本实用新型由于采用底杯所设进气口与喷嘴的中心线重合的结构，燃烧器工作时，进入进气口的燃气及一次空气不会产生紊流，使燃气能够燃烧充分，因此，大大提高了燃气的燃烧率，从而节约了能源；作为本实用新型进一步改进技术，底杯的杯体呈碗状有利于减少空气的流动阻力，因此，能使燃气燃烧更加充分。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图2所示，本实用新型燃气燃烧器，包括底杯1及喷嘴4，其中底杯1上设有进气口2，喷嘴4安装在进气口2的上端，供气管的一端安装在进气口2的下部，所述进气口2与喷嘴4的中心线重合。
本实施例中，上述底杯1的杯体呈碗状，进气口2设置在碗状杯体的底部。
本实用新型燃气燃烧器安装于集成燃气烤箱或燃气灶的灶台板上，燃气从供气管通过进气口2进入喷嘴4，通过喷嘴4喷射形成高速的燃气射流，引射四周的静止空气一起进入引射器5，底杯的杯体呈碗状有利于减少空气的流动阻力，在引射器5内燃气与引射进入的空气实现完全混合，在喷火器6和火盖7之间经减速扩压后进入喷火器6头部，可燃混合气从喷火器6头部火孔流出被点燃形成火焰。

1.一种用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的燃气燃烧器，包括底杯(1)及喷嘴(4)，其中底杯(1)上设有进气口(2)，喷嘴(4)安装在进气口(2)的上端，供气管的一端安装在进气口(2)的下部，其特征在于所述进气口(2)与喷嘴(4)的中心线重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于集成燃气烤箱及燃气灶的燃气燃烧器，其特征在于上述底杯(1)的杯体呈碗状，进气口(2)设置在碗状杯体的底部。
