背景技术:
目前的炉灶多为混合气体燃烧式炉具,其炉灶由多孔单独燃烧式炉具并用点火器点燃后燃烧,其火焰分散,即燃烧不充分,热能转化率低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种梅花形高压节能炉,其结构简单,火焰集中,燃烧更充分,节能率高达30%。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种梅花形高压节能炉,包括炉盘、气嘴和炉头,其特征在于:气嘴固定在炉头上,炉头中间设置有二次进风口,气嘴与锥度梅花形气体混合器的梅花形通道配合,呈锥形;气嘴倾斜角与锥度梅花形气体混合器的锥体角度相同,锥度梅花形气体混合器下部开有一次进风口,气嘴均匀分布在炉头的二次进风口周围。气嘴可以是4-8个。
本实用新型的积极效果是炉体结构简单,使用安全、方便,燃烧充分,火焰强劲集中,火焰温度高,热量利用率高,节能率高达30%。

如图1所示,梅花形高压节能炉,包括炉盘1、气嘴3和炉头5,其特征在于:气嘴3固定在炉头5上,炉头5中间设置有二次进风口6,气嘴3与锥度梅花形气体混合器2的梅花形通道配合,呈锥形;气嘴3倾斜角与锥度梅花形气体混合器2的锥体角度相同,锥度梅花形气体混合器2下部开有一次进风口4,气嘴3均匀分布在炉头5的二次进风口6周围。气嘴3可以是4-8个。
工作时液化汽由进气阀门经导气管后进入炉头,通过气嘴喷射到锥度梅花形气体混合器,同时经一次和二次与空气混合后充分燃烧。

1、梅花形高压节能炉,包括炉盘(1)、气嘴(3)和炉头(5),其特征在于:气嘴(3)固定在炉头(5)上,炉头(5)中间设置有二次进风口(6),气嘴(3)与锥度梅花形气体混合器(2)的梅花形通道配合,呈锥形;气嘴(3)倾斜角与锥度梅花形气体混合器(2)的锥体角度相同,锥度梅花形气体混合器(2)下部开有一次进风口(4),气嘴(3)均匀分布在炉头(5)的二次进风口(6)周围。
2、根据权利要求1所述的梅花形高压节能炉,其特征在于所述的气嘴(3)可以是4-8个。
