本实用新型涉及一种起道支架结构。 
背景技术
地铁短轨枕整体道床道岔施工,以住常用的方法是采用支墩法施工,即先现场拼装道岔,连接短轨枕和扣配件,用起道机顶起道岔连接件,按“隔2浇1”的方式安装支墩模板先浇注支墩混凝土,当支墩混凝土强度达到设计强度75%后,拆除支墩模板,采取于支墩底部支垫的方式进行整个道岔的高程精确调整,道岔几何尺寸达标后再浇注道岔整体道床混凝土。此方法需要二次浇筑混凝土,不仅作业周期长,增加施工成本,支墩施工高程难以控制,易出现支墩浇注后道岔轨顶标高超高或不足现象,同时也存在支墩处部分短轨枕“空吊”的质量病害。1组P60kg/m 9号单开短轨枕整体道床道岔采用传统的 “支墩法”施工工艺施工周期为12~14天左右,交叉渡线的施工周期则更长。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题:针对地铁短轨枕整体道床施工中采用支墩法施工时支墩高度不易控制和工期长的问题,提供了一种可取代混凝土支墩的起道支架。
技术方案:跨线起道支架有两个承轨板,两个承轨板内侧安装加高件,两个加高件之间用连接件连接,承轨板外侧安装有螺母,螺母中安装有竖向螺杆,竖向螺杆上端有一个横向的通孔。
有益效果:在道岔施工中,本起道支架适用在两条线路的交汇段,由于其连接件比较高,可以跨过相邻的钢轨而将交叉的轨道的支起,节省了工期,并且在螺杆的顶部设置通孔,便于将钢钎等工具插入孔中旋转螺杆进行的高程调整,本支架可重复使用,节约成本。

实施例:跨线起道支架有两个承轨板31,分别位于同一条线路上的两根钢轨下方,两个承轨板31内侧安装加高件32,两个加高件32之间用连接件33连接,这样连接件33的低端平面就比钢轨的顶部高;承轨板31外侧安装有螺母,螺母中安装有竖向螺杆10,竖向螺杆10上端有一个横向的通孔。
